Setaprint™ 7502 A is a high viscosity, high molecular weight phenolic modified rosin resin exhibiting a high tolerance for low KB ink oils. The high viscosity of Setaprint 7502 A improves lithographic performance when modifying less soluble resin systems. A unique blend of viscosity and aliphatic solubility, combined with excellent compatibility with drying oils makes Setaprint 7502 A ideal for high speed, high performance ink vehicles.

Hydro-Rez™ 5614 A is a fumarated rosin ester that is soluble in alcohol and can be dispersed in water using ammonia or morpholine. The high melting point promotes fast solvent release and good leveling properties, and is compatible with shellac and Manila copal resins. Hydro-Rez 5614 A is recommended for use in solvent or water-based flexographic inks. This resin is also recommended for use in mineral spirit varnishes.

Setaprint™ 2121 A is a high viscosity phenolic modified resin with good aliphatic solubility. This backbone resin can provide fast solvent release, high gloss and superior holdout properties. Setaprint 2121 A has good gel response to aluminum chelates in most printing ink systems. Setaprint 2121 A is specially formulated to be free of bisphenol A

Setaprint™ 2244 A is a relatively low solubility, high viscosity resin which exhibits excellent solvent release for fast setting and good holdout. Setaprint 2244 A has excellent compatibility with drying oils and gives varnishes a hard, scuff resistant surface. Setaprint 2244 A is specially formulated to be free of bisphenol A.

Setaprint™ 999 A is a low viscosity phenolic modified rosin ester with high solubility in aliphatic solvents. This resin has excellent pigment wetting properties. Setaprint 999 A allows for low solution viscosity for high solids vehicles.

Setaprint™ 260 A is a Lawter™ phenolic modified rosin ester. Setaprint 260 A is an exciting addition to the highly structured modified phenolic resins for ink vehicles. The unique feature of a more stable and more defined degree of structure makes Setaprint 260 A a high performance resin for more demanding ink vehicles. Ink vehicles made with Setaprint 260 A will provide improved high-speed transfer and improved gloss while maintaining a more stable rheology in the ink. Setaprint 260 A marks the new generation of high performance modified phenolic resins.

Setaprint™ 2390 A is designed to have higher dilution in low KB ink solvents. This resin has medium viscosity to yield ink vehicles with excellent setting and holdout properties for maximum gloss and hardness. Setaprint 2390 A is very versatile, combining high performance and consistency in most ink vehicle systems.

Setaprint™ 2316 A is a medium viscosity phenolic modified rosin ester with good aliphatic solubility. Setaprint 2316 A promotes a hard, scuff resistant surface in many ink vehicle systems. This resin has also provided excellent low shear flow properties, especially in yellows.

Setaprint™ 150 A is a Lawter™ phenolic modified rosin ester. Setaprint 150 A is a unique ultra-high molecular weight resin, possessing high viscosity while maintaining a workable dilution range. Setaprint 150 A provides greater compatibility with drying oils and alkyds then ever achieved before at this viscosity. These combined properties allow Setaprint 150A to help improve gloss, transfer, dot sharpness, gel structure and press stability. This resin provides an inner structure in solution allowing for reduction in gelling agents and improved stability of gelled systems
