Pemulen™ TR-1 polymer is a high-molecular-weight, crosslinked copolymer used as a polymeric emulsifier in oil-in-water emulsions. It is non-ethoxylated and designed to create stable and mild emulsions at low usage levels. Pemulen™ TR-1 polymer is suitable for use in various skin care formulations, providing thickening properties for higher-viscosity emulsions.

Silsense® Q-Plus Silicone is a 100% active, quaternary silicone compound that combines the conditioning benefits of traditional silicones and cationic quaternary compounds in a single molecule. SilSense Q-Plus silicone will add conditioning benefits to personal care products without the stability concerns that may be present with silicones or the irritancy that is often associated with quaternary ammonium compounds. Unlike traditional silicones, this silicone quarternary compound does not defoam and can even enhance foaming when used in hair care products. It is water-soluble, lending to enhanced ease-of-use in a wide range of shampoos, conditioners, and personal cleansers.

Silsense® Copolyol-1 Silicone is a 100% active dimethicone copolyol blend. It is a proprietary blend of personal care-grade polyethylene glycols and dimethicone copolyol (a copolymer of polydi-methylsiloxane and polyoxyalkylene ether). Silsense® DW-18 Silicone is a 100% active dimethicone copolyol ester. It is a water-dispersible liquid wax ester created by the reaction of isostearic acid with an alkyloxy-modified polydimethylsiloxane. SilSense DW-18 silicone is an easy-to-formulate product that may be used to impart the conditioning benefits of silicone to personal care products without contributing to the greasiness or buildup that is normally associated with water-insoluble silicone fluids.

Carbopol® Clear polymer is a versatile and unique polymer created to provide exclusive wet styling textures. It is a crosslinked homopolymer of acrylic acid polymerized in a preferred cosolvent system. It has been optimized to deliver outstanding performance in wet styling formulations. The ability to build high viscosity at lower polymer solids, extraordinary clarity, and extremely fast dispersion times make it ideal for wet styling applications. The polymer has been specially formulated to create distinctive textures by varying the polymer concentration. It shows good compatibility and synergy with Fixate™ Polymers.

Silsense® A-21 Silicone is a 100% active, water-dispersible, amino-functional, and cationic silicone prepared by the alkoxylation of amino-functional silicones. The introduction of amine functionality into a silicone polyether creates a cationic, conditioning silicone. This modification enhances the molecules' ability to form ionic bonds with keratinaceous substrates. SilSense A-21 silicone can be easily formulated into clear aqueous systems without adversely impacting clarity and is readily incorporated into products without the need for elaborate emulsification or stabilization systems. It is recommended for use in a wide range of conditioning products.

Ultrabee™ WD silicone is a 100% active dimethicone copolyol ester that combines the natural conditioning properties of NF grade white beeswax with the substantivity and surface-active benefits of dimethicone copolyol. It is a nonionic, water-dispersible wax ester that features a light color and low odor. Ultrabee WD silicone is easily incorporated into hair and skin care systems and may be used to impart the conditioning benefits of silicone to products without contributing to the greasiness and buildup that can be associated with silicone fluid. Ultrabee WD silicone is recommended in products including aftershave balms, mild cleansers, makeup removers, creams, and lotions.
