HDK® H2000 is a synthetic, hydrophobic, amorphous silica produced via flame hydrolysis. It is a white colloidal powder of high purity. HDK® H2000 is primarily used as a reinforcing filler in silicone-elastomers, enhancing their properties. Furthermore, it serves as a free flow additive in the production of technical powders and finds application as an additive in antifoam agents.

Flytac 103 - 90 is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc. Typical Uses EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility. It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Flytac 111 - 101 is a thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by hydrogenating rosin to an exceptionally high degree with eliminated foreign matter and coloring radicals. It is one of the palest, most highly stabilized rosins commercially available. This product is especially indicated as the tackifier in solvent adhesives and hot-melt applied coatings and adhesives that must excel in these properties.

Flytac 105 - F is a glycerol ester of hydrogenated rosin. It has found wide acceptance in chewing gum, hot melt, pressure-sensitive, laminating adhesives, and wax depilatories. In general, it finds use where there is a need for a pale, non-oxidizing, color-stable, and highly tacky liquid resin.

Dragonox® 2246 is an antioxidant that is widely used in natural rubber, synthetic rubber, latex, a variety of synthetic materials, and other petroleum products.

Dragonox® BHT is a phenolic antioxidant that is widely used in polymer materials, petroleum products, and the food processing industry. It is a common rubber antioxidant that has a protective effect on heat and oxygen aging. It is easy to disperse in rubber and can be directly mixed into rubber or added to latex as a dispersion. This volatile product can also be used as a gelling inhibitor in SBR and as an effective stabilizer in polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride (dosage 0.01 - 0.1%), and polyethylene ether.

Flytac 104 - F is a pale, thermoplastic, acidic resin produced by fully hydrogenating the rosin. Because of this treatment, it is highly resistant to oxidation, discoloration, and changes in solubility characteristics when exposed to air and sunlight.

Dragonox® CPL is an antioxidant with strong tinting strength. It is mainly used as a compound that protects tints and non-dirt dyes. VANQUISH™ 100 Antimicrobial is based on the active agent N-butyl-1,2-benzisothiazolin-3-one (BBIT) and is recommended for use in tough and demanding applications especially those exposed to high UV levels. It is a broad spectrum antimicrobial used to prevent fungal, bacterial, and algal spoilage of polymers such as PVC, polyurethane, silicone, polyolefin, polyester, and acrylic articles such as shower curtains, coated fabric, vinyl wall coverings, floor coverings, appliance gaskets, wall and floor coatings, and swimming pool, pond, and ditch liners.

SperseStab™ 2702 is a highly efficient antioxidant with a molar efficiency twice that of BHT and a significantly higher TGA. It is effective in non-color-critical adhesive applications and can be combined with other antioxidants and UV stabilizers. With its relatively high TGA, SperseStab™ 2702 can be used in a variety of applications, from PCMO to hydraulics, metalworking, and other lubricating systems. It can also be used in natural and synthetic elastomers, as well as resins and adhesives.

Casabond™ E-LA is a new water-based RFL adhesion promoter, particularly recommended for pre-treatment of polyester tire cords, conveyor belt and V-belt reinforcements. Casabond™ E-LA offers all the same well-known advantages of Casabond E and, in addition, offers enhanced handling characteristics and reduced ammonia content.

Pepton® 44 Prills is an improved and more efficient version of the established powdered Pepton® 44 Prills. Being free-flowing and dustless, it offers handling and environmental improvements. Additionally, increased peptising efficiency is derived from its rapid dispersion in rubber.

Pepton® 22 is a peptiser for use in the high-temperature mastication of natural and synthetic rubbers.

K - STOFF O is primary amides specially developed as mold release & slip additives for rubber application. Zinc Oxide RAC by Brüggemann is a type of active zinc oxide that is produced through a special precipitation process. It is suitable for use in the vulcanization of a variety of rubber types, including:Natural rubber (NR)Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)Isoprene rubber (IR)Nitrile rubber (NBR)The product has excellent vulcanization properties due to its gentle thermal treatment and chemical origin. It is known for its high specific surface area, which enables it to provide excellent mechanical properties even when used in smaller amounts compared to traditional zinc oxides. Zinc Oxide RAC has a shelf life of 12 months.

PEG’s are typically prepared by polymerization of ethylene oxide and they can range in molecular weight from 200 g/mole to 8,000 g/mole.
