TEGO® Surten W 111 is a non-ionic organic surfactant known for its wetting properties. It operates as a non-foaming surfactant with low foaming characteristics. This product is valued for being solvent-free and silicone-free. It finds application in various contexts, offering high efficiency, an appealing cost-to-performance ratio, superior compatibility, and the advantage of causing no negative side effects.

AFCONA 7202 is mainly recommended for UPE resin systems. It is considered to be a moderately strong defoamer, so it is not suitable for unpigmented or clear systems. Adding AFCONA - 7202 to resin may result in in-can haziness, but this will have a minimal effect on the final gloss and will not affect the other properties of the system.

AFCONA 7203 is mainly recommended for unsaturated polyester and PMMA systems, but is not recommended for unpigmented/clear systems. Adding AFCONA 7203 to the resin may cause in-can haziness, though this has a negligible effect on final gloss and will not influence other properties of the system.

AFCONA 7206 can efficiently destroy foams on surfaces or in solutions, while also improving the compactness of product surface film and enhancing its weather and chemical resistance, as well as its esthetics. It is widely used in unsaturated polyester, polyacrylate, polyurethane, and epoxy systems.

AFCONA 3777 is an anti-crater, substrate wetting and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It is the 1st generation of fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic. Recommended as non-silicone leveling agent where silicone is not permitted due to intercoat adhesion problems. However, we highly recommend a combination with a suitable polysiloxane for better overall performance.

MoldWiz® INT-44-800 is a non-silicone processing aid additive for use in all types of rubber processing which eliminates the need for any external release agent minimizing mold and machine cleaning time.
