The components of SME253 comply with the applicable chemical control regulations of the United States, The European Union, Canada, Japan, Australia, Korea, Philippines, and is registered under the first import regulations of China. It has been designed to be used in aqueous based hair products. Its physical and chemical properties have been maximized for uniform deposition, maximum penetration and optimum performance as a conditioner. It provides improved wet and dry combing, lubricity and substantivity.

It may provide excellent conditioning, without build-up in hair care. This product helps to improve wet and dry comb, provide soft feel, and shorten hair drying time.
