Momentive Performance Materials SE30 Conditioning Agent, a high molecular weight linear dimethicone gum, is an excellent candidate to consider for use as a conditioning agent for skin and hair. It can also help enhance transfer resistance in color cosmetics through its synergistic effect with silicone resins. The addition of Silsoft SE30 conditioning agent to a soap bar can promote similar properties to those of a syndet bar by increasing the creaminess and amount of lather.

Element14™ PDMS 10 is a low viscosity, linear polydimethylsiloxane polymer with a typically dynamic viscosity of 10 mPas (cps). It offers a soft, smooth silky feel, low oiliness, good spreadability, and a lubricious nature. This product is recommended as a water repellent, mold release agent, lubricant, anti-foam agent, and personal care ingredient.
