Morton® PureSun™ Culinary Crystals meet FCC purity requirements and can be used in a variety of food processing applications including soups, sauces and snacks. TFC PureSun™ Culinary Crystals are prepared by treating PureSun™ Culinary Crystals with a water-soluble anti-caking agent.

This food grade sea salt is recrystallized to produce cubical crystals that are extremely uniform in size. There are no additives. TFC Refined Sea Salt is Refined Sea Salt treated with a water-soluble anticaking agent.
