NEW-0402 can provide excellent degassing effect when used in porous surface of cast iron , and has outstanding abrasion resistance and smoothness. In paint or ink application, it is best to make with a small amount of concentrated slurry spare paint. When used in water-based paint or ink system, you should make a small amount of thick slurry by using resin emulsion and surfactant under sufficient shear conditions. Before putting it into production, dilute it gradually with de-ionized water to the desired concentration.

PPW-0931 has uniform particle size and shape,high melting point, good transparency, and can be easily dispersed. PPW-0931 is suitable for solvent-based coating; improves scratch resistance, and blocking resistance to higher temperatures. PPW-0931 has synergistic effect, helps to prevent the precipitation of the silica matting. When used with silica, the silica and polypropylene wax proportion is about 1:1 to 4:1.When added to the powder coatings, PPW-0931 helps improve the powder coatings hardness, and the scratch resistance. It also improves the wear performance, and can assists in matting of powder coatings.

PEW-0615F is micronized PTFE modified HDPE wax, this wax with high hardness, do not smoke under high temperature baking, suitable to be used in powder coating. Be used in powder coatings, it can highly improve the scratch and abrasion resistance with lower addition level.

PEW-0352W can effectively reduce the plasticizing torque, extend the plasticizing and thermal stability time, and has excellent anti-adhesion and demoulding effect. Hot melt adhesive:PEW-0352W with the characteristics of narrow distribution of MW, high melting point, low viscosity, fast solidification, has good compatibility with EVA resin and petroleum resin, and it is very suitable for hot melt adhesive.

PEW-0274 is suitable for offset printing ink, solvent-based flexo printing ink, and solvent-based gravure ink. It can greatly improve the abrasion resistance of solvent-based inks, reduce the friction coefficient of ink, has good adaptability with benzene soluble ink, alcohol soluble Ink and resin soluble ink. Can improve the abrasion resistance and scratch resistance of all kinds of surface coatings, has good transparency, can be used in wood coatings, plastic paints, coil coatings and other areas like this.

PEW-0511 is a polyethylene wax used for water-based and solvent-based systems, and is compatible for water-based and solvent-based ink and coatings. It can provide the coating with good hardness, and excellent abrasion resistance, with the good performances which the wax emulsion can not reach. It has excellent dispersity and can get good matting effect at the same time. It can provide good transparency in solvent-based systems. It has good compatibility for fillers, pigments, metallic pigments, and has the effect of anti-sludging.

PTFE-0129B is pure PTFE texture wax for powder coating. Be added by inner extrusion, with the additional amount at 0.1-0.2%, it can provide you significant texture effect.
