HCF™ Heat Cure FDA Compliant is a scientifically formulated coating that uses nanotechnology to create a semi-permanent barrier on the surface of a mold which is only 100 nanometers in thickness and which facilitates extraordinary plastic or rubber part release. HCF coating can be used where food or medical applications are needed, and is designed to be applied when the mold is out of the press.

QC™ Quick Cure – has been scientifically formulated with the use of nanotechnology to create a semi-permanent barrier on the surface of a mold which is only 100 nanometers in thickness and which facilitates extraordinary plastic part release. QC coating is designed to be used on all plastics and is applied in the press.

QCru™ Quick Cure Rubber Formula – has been scientifically formulated with the use of nanotechnology to create a semi-permanent barrier on the surface of a mold which is only 100 nanometers in thickness and which facilitates extraordinary rubber part release. QCru™ is designed to be used on all rubber parts and is applied in the press.

QCsi™ Quick Cure Silicone Formula – has been scientifically formulated with the use of nanotechnology to create a semi-permanent barrier on the surface of a mold which is only 100 nanometers in thickness and which facilitates extraordinary silicone part release. QCsi™ is designed to be used on all silicone parts and is applied in the press.
