New Tech Lubes Red Rubber Greaseis a premium quality grease used commonly in the automotive industry. Red Rubber Grease has many applications and but mainly used on hydraulic and braking systems for the lubrication of rubber bushes, seals and O rings during the installation or rebuild process. It is designed to lubricate moving parts such as slide pins in the brake caliper to aid in assembly and protect them from damage caused by friction. This automotive grease is manufactured using unique vegetable base oils, this is to reduce the risk of rubber components swelling and deforming which can be caused my petroleum based products. The base oils are incorporated into a non melting thickener to ensure that any excess heat from the braking system will not lead to lubrication leaking or dripping onto braking surfaces. Red dye is included as an identifier to highlight it against other products in and around the workshop to prevent errors in use.

New Tech Lubes Siren M Grease is a synthetic long life complex grease containing extreme pressure additives designed to withstand high load, and PTFE to reduce friction and internally generated temperatures. Siren can be used as a general purpose lubricant on all types of bearings both plain and anti-friction. However it has a very wide temperature operating range and high load ability so can be used in far more demanding applications.

It is suitable for all types of ball, roller and plain bearings and enables a reduction in the number of different types of greases kept in the stores. New Tech Lubes Solo EP is based on mineral oil thickened with a complex calcium sulphonate that endows the grease with a very high melting point, this makes the product very thermally stable and it may be recommended for many high temperature applications. Calcium complex is a great choice for a grease thickener for many reasons. Firstly, it is naturally high in EP value making it the perfect choice to be used in situations where there is a heavy load applied to it and secondly has a great resistance to water making it perfect for where water washout is a concern. Solo EP is produced using a medium to high base oil viscosity, this gives it the ability to withstand the high impact of certain applications and lends itself to slower-moving applications where metal to metal contact needs to be avoided. Solo EP has been used effectively In many different types of presses from tablet presses to wood pellet presses to animal feed.

New Tech Lubes Hi Graf Grease is synthetic grease based on PAG technology with MoS2 & Graphite added in a complex additive system. Hi-Graf is specially formulated to operate at high temperatures which would break down the structure of normal high temperature greases, and to operate in conditions of load and corrosion far above most synthetic greases.
