NBF-150 is a tough multilayer nylon based vacuum bagging film designed for processing of advanced composite structures such as wind turbine blades and nacelles, boat hulls and decks and other industrial structures. The film is ideal for use in both resin infusion and prepreg molding applications with a maximum recommended temperature use of 300°F. NBF-150 is not suitable for autoclave processing.

Northern Composites NBF-400 is a green tinted, heat stabilized, blown nylon 6 film. NBF-400 has excellent tensile strength and heat aging properties, having been successfully used at pressures of 100 psi and temperatures of up to 400°F (204°C).

NBF-2000 is a pink tinted, high elongation, heat-stabilized nylon bagging film designed to remain more flexible and conform to complex contours. It is compatible with most commercial resins with the exception of phenolic.

HS8171 6/66 is a blue tinted, transparent, heat stabilized, blown Nylon 6/66 vacuum bagging film. HS8171 6/66 is recommended for vacuum bagging applications up to 400°F (204°C) and remains pliable after extended cures.

NBF-980 is a clear, heat stabilized co-extruded blown Nylon 6 film designed to offer a stiffer feel. NBF-980 is used for advanced composite fabrication and other high temperature applications where dimensional stability, adherence to sealant tapes and a stiffer, flatter film are required. NBF-980 has excellent heat stability and resistance to pin holing.

QuickVac 2150 is a red tinted, polypropylene based, embossed vacuum bagging film. QuickVac 2150 is designed to be used in place of the traditional release film, breather and bag. The material is self-ventilating and self-releasing

NBF-170 is a highly flexible multilayer nylon vacuum bagging film designed for processing of advanced composite structures and laminated security glass. The film is ideal for use in both oven and autoclave cures, up to a maximum recommended temperature of 335°F. Key benefits of this film are its high elongation and flexibility.

HS8171 is a green tinted, transparent, heat stabilized, blown Nylon 6 vacuum bagging film. HS8171 is recommended for vacuum bagging applications up to 400°F (204°C).

NBF-120 is a tough multilayer nylon/polyethylene based vacuum bagging film designed for processing of advanced composite structures such as wind turbine blades and nacelles, boat hulls and decks and other industrial structures. The film is ideal for use in polyester/vinyl ester resin infused applications with a maximum recommended temperature use of 248°F. NBF-120 is interesting due to its limited sensitivity to low humidity levels, whereas other nylon films can have reduced flexibility due to a lack of moisture. The film can also be used in the production of epoxy resins after testing chemical resistance with the specific resin.

Quickdraw HS-8171 is a green tinted, heat stabilized, embossed nylon film. Quickdraw HS-8171 is designed to be self venting, eliminating breathers, bleeders and release films, in general vacuum bagging processes.

Stretch-Vac™ 2000 is a red tinted, transparent, heat stabilized, blown modified Nylon 6 vacuum bagging film. It is recommended for vacuum bagging applications up to 400°F (204°C).
