EEA (Ethylene Ethyl-acrylate Copolymer) is the special elastomer which have a good thermal stability and non-corrosive to metals. It is used as a base resin for semi-conductive compounds and flame retardant compounds used in power cables, or in other electrical materials applications, and is also used as a modifier for engineering plastics. It is also widely used as an asphalt modifier in waterproof sheets for highway bridges.
