CareSil™ CES-1104 is a high purity elastomer gel delivered in an hydrophilic aqueous gel that can be incorporated directly into the water phase or post-added to emulsions. SFS (Surfactant Free Silicone) emulsion technology by Silicone Membrane stabilization makes this possible.
