Nylene Nylene NX1170 is a high viscosity, extrusion grade resin containing 5% molybdenum disulfide for improved wear resistance. The abrasion resistance of nylon 6 is enhanced by the addition of molysulfide. Because of its high melt viscosity, NX1170 can be extruded into rods, tubing, thin films, many complex shapes.

Nylene NX1440 provides for an excellent balance between stiffness and toughness.
