The leaves, stalks & flowers of the plant are all used to produce this ingredient that is most commonly used in perfume formulations. It does however sit very well in any cream & lotion formulations, especially when blended with other essential oils. Try it in face formulations to help unclog blocked pores.

Peppermint Black Mitcham, Essential Oil is distillled from dark green leaves (oppesed to white peppermint leaves). A beautifully minty odor with approximately 30-60% menthol content. Menthol is an organic compound that produces a cooling sensation when applied to the mouth or skin. Try it infused in one of our seed oils, i.e. Piperita infused in Sunflower Oil, this reduces your cost base & controls the minty aroma profile.

Hydrolats (waters) are the aromatic remains after the steam-distillation process of the physical raw material. They are an excellent complement to essential oils because they are very gentle in their profile. The hydrolat smells like a deeper, earthier version of Rose Essential Oil. The product is so gentle it has proved very popular in a wide range of baby products. A great relaxing aroma, hence its popularity in aroma mists & pillow mists.

O&3 presents Dragon Fruit Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. This ancient oil is particularly good for your next skin repair formulation. With its concentrated Vitamin C content, it makes it a front runner on the skin cell repair list. This plant grows in dry, arid environments & is a beautiful pink outer fruit with a succulent white/pink inner flesh. With a high linoleic acid content, there is no surprise this seed oil is rising in fame in the personal care world for both hair & skincare applications.

O&3 presents Karanja Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. Wild harvested & processed in India, this oil is a relative of the Neem Oil. Similar to its relative, Karanja Oil is fantastic for a wide array of products. Its profile is less intense to that of Neem, in that it is yellow/golden in color rather than a dark viscous liquid (Neem); this makes formulating a lot easier with Karanja. This oil is not widely known & to be honest we do not know why?! It carries so many cracking benefits, such as a very attractive fatty acid profile (high in Oleic acid), it is great for skin repair / hair repair & absolutely one to be considered for animal care products, such as grooming & insect repellents (again, much like that of Neem Oil).

This floral & fruity Essential oil is steam distilled from the FLOWERS of the Michelia Alba plant, which is also known as the white champaca / white jade orchid tree. It has a very calming scent hence its popularity in aromatherapy products. Its popularity in relaxtion formaultions is due to its Linalool content, which promotes soothing.

Brazilian Wax! O&3 presents Carnauba, Wax Organic. One of the hardest waxes around, Carnauba is wild harvested from the growing leaves of the Carnauba tree in Brazil. The hardiness of the wax is not such a bad thing, it means it is perfect for your Dad to use on his new car or shoes to give them that ever lasting shine. As for the cosmetic world, it is admired for its firmness when formulating lip-care products. This material is insoluble in water & in alcohol, however it is soluble on warming & incorporating Ethyl Acetate & Xylene.

O&3 presents Vanilla, Infused in Sunflower Oil. We naturally infuse our Vanilla oil into Sunflower oil to deliver you a controlled vanilla aromatic carrier oil. We offer this for those that are not wanting the potency of straight Vanilla oil & of course the higher cost that goes with the pure oil. This oil is a good hydrator of the skin due to its infusion in Sunflower oil, so no issues with absorption. Who doesn't like the smell of Vanilla anyway?! O&3 presents Rice Bran Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. We offer a number of different grades of Rice bran so please do have a browse. All of our Rice bran oils are extracted from the bran of the rice kernel. This oil is naturally rich in vitamins, tocopherols & the antioxidant, ferulic acid. All fantastic for your skin & hair. This particular grade is Organic & Cold Pressed, full of nutrients for both the skin & internally. Despite being cold pressed, the oil does not carry much of an odor & is very light in color; so it can be used instead of a refined version if you are looking for more functionality to this ingredient.

O&3 presents Noni Fruit Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. One of our new entrants.. Something different for you. This crafted oil from New Guinea is high in Linoleic acid making a super-duper skin hydrator! Although new to our range, this oil has been used by the Polynesians for centuries to help treat inflammation of the skin. The fruit itself is used for fruit juice & the seeds are pressed for the oil. The oil carries beneficial properties that lends itself to antioxidant, anti-inflammatory products.. This really is a super-fruit oil we can see being in the next formulations trends.

It carries a wealth of omega 3, vitamin B & E, folic acid, phosphorus & a high nutritional value, all of which deliver antioxidant & anti-aging properties. The crystals are formed via a freezing & crystalisation process. The crystals are also used as a cosmetic ingredient to give a menthol, cooling sensation to the skin.

O&3 presents Chaulmogra Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. We love this cold pressed oil. Wild harvested from the Chaulmogra tree, it is a wonderful skin oil. A light oil it is simple to formulate with and carries a high content of hydnocarpic acid, which is a very effective antimicrobial agent, aiding in the repair of skin cells and hair follicles.

O&3 presents Laurel Oil, Cold Pressed. This popular oil in soapmaking is pressed from the fruits of the Laurus Nobilis Fruit. This ingredient is known as a key ingredient for "Aleppo Soap". The oil is great for soaps due to its anti-bacterial properties.

O&3 presents Rosemary, Water (Hydrosol). This is a "Hydrosol", so the essential oil is dispersed into the water. This is NOT a Hydrolat (that is a by-product of the steam distillation process). We offer both versions, so please do ask if unsure. That said, this Hydrosol is a wonderful & cheap solution to fragrancing. Delicate & light, you obtain the aroma of the essential oil, however far more delicately than that of an essential oil. This is a perfect solution to fragrancing delicate formulations, such as baby care & anti-aging formulations.

We are buzzing about our Beeswax range! O&3 presents Beeswax White Organic. Our Beeswax is produced from the natural secretion of honey Bees. This classic, versatile wax is used in a variety of applications from lip-care through to hair, skin care & candle products. This natural wax that has been filtered & then pelletised to increase the products usability. The difference with white beeswax is that it has been gently refined to remove the yellow coloring of the natural wax. A deep green absolute, it takes a lot of effort to produce, approximately 2,300 kilos of hand-picked leaves yield only 1kg of the absolute. Hence the cost!
