O&3 presents Chaulmogra Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. We love this cold pressed oil. Wild harvested from the Chaulmogra tree, it is a wonderful skin oil. A light oil it is simple to formulate with and carries a high content of hydnocarpic acid, which is a very effective antimicrobial agent, aiding in the repair of skin cells and hair follicles.

O&3 presents Soarsop Oil, Cold Pressed. Rising from the ranks, Soapsop is slowly emerging as a "go to" for natural skin care solutions. Also known as Guanabana, Soarsop has been used by indigenous communities in Brazil for many decades, mainly due to its skin repair & healing benefits. The oil is lightly pressed with a high Oleic acid content which is why many are turning to it for its skin repair functionality. We like to apply this oil directly as a nutritious moisturizer. It is a high absorbing, natural emollient which is known to restore elasticity in the skin.

O&3 presents Peppermint Water, Organic (Hydrolat). This Water is Distilled from the Peppermint plant at the highest level of purity to ensure a pure, premium hydrolat. Hydrolats (waters) are the aromatic remains after the steam-distillation process of the physical raw material. They are an excellent complement to essential oils because they are very gentle in their profile. The hydrolat smells like a deeper, earthier version of Peppermint Essential Oil. The product is so gentle it has proved very popular in a wide range of baby products. A great relaxing aroma, hence its popularity as aroma mists & pillow mists.

Brazilian Wax! O&3 presents Carnauba, Wax Organic. One of the hardest waxes around, Carnauba is wild harvested from the growing leaves of the Carnauba tree in Brazil. The hardiness of the wax is not such a bad thing, it means it is perfect for your Dad to use on his new car or shoes to give them that ever lasting shine. As for the cosmetic world, it is admired for its firmness when formulating lip-care products. This material is insoluble in water & in alcohol, however it is soluble on warming & incorporating Ethyl Acetate & Xylene.

O&3 presents Pumpkin Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. This tasty and nutritious oil is produced from pumpkin seeds with many a health benefit. It is rich in essential fatty acids, antioxidants, so just what you need if you want a carrier oil that delivers the necessary nutrition to aid in skin repair & protection. This is a nutty flavored oil which also serves your hair very nicely, it will deliver shine & strength to your hair roots, it has been known to prevent hair loss, particularly in men. Please note that this oil is green in color and does carry an aroma (albeit a lovely nutty aroma) so bear it in mind when formulating, hence why we like to use it just as it is, on its own.

O&3 presents Prickly Pear Seed Oil, Refined. This new addition to the range has hit the cosmetic world by storm & for good reason. It is extremely rich in Vitamins E & K, essential fatty acids & antioxidants. All the goodies that deliver nutrition to the skin to aid in repair & replenishment. The oil will deliver moisture & restore elasticity to the skin & at the same time reduce/prevent the free radicals (that age the skin). We particularly like to place dots of this oil directly beneath the eye lids before bed, it aids in reducing those eye bags, & you feel & look fresh as a daisy! This particular grade is Refined so it is a lot lighter in color & carries no aroma.

O&3 presents Rose Geranium, Essential Oil Organic. Cultivated & distilled in Morocco this oil carries a beautiful rosy scent, so if you are looking for a floral addition, look no further. The leaves, stalks & flowers of the plant are all used to produce this ingredient that is most commonly used in perfume formulations. It does however sit very well in any cream & lotion formulations, especially when blended with other essential oils. Try it in face formulations to help unclog blocked pores.

O&3 presents Cognac Green, Essential Oil. This green to llight blue essential oil is obtained via distillation from the waste from the grapes from the wine making industry. It is a fresh, woody & slightly fruity aromatic essentila oil.

O&3 presents Avocado Oil, Refined Organic. Our Avocado Oil originates from Ethiopia where we utilize the damaged Avocados (that are not fit for sale as a fruit). The co-operative we work with produces local jobs & infrastructure - there is a wealth of sustainability info that we are happy to share on request. This high vitamin enriched oil is delicately expeller pressed then refined from the flesh of the Avocado pear. Commonly used in hair products due to its ability to stimulate hair growth. Its popularity is due to a long list of functionalities but most of all its ability to penetrate & absorb into the skin like no other. Its versatility will allow a wide range of application from skin care to hair maintenance.

O&3 presents Camellia, Infused in Sunflower Oil Organic. 100% Organic! This highly nutritious oil, also known as Green Tea is fantastic for skin & hair care ingredients. A great penetrator of the skin & hair roots, this oil absorbs wonderfully delivering a wide array of benefits including a high content of oleic acid, Omegas 3/6/9 & to top it off a wealthy content of Vitamin E & polyphenols. We infuse this in our nutritious Sunflower oil to control the aroma profile. It's very straightforward to use & suits all skin applications but notably face creams & hair care products for its ability to protect from UV rays, reduce skin blemishes & enhance hair growth.

O&3 presents Catnip, Essential Oil. Harvested from aromatic green leaves of the Nepeta cataria plant, which is in fact purple in color. The oil is sweet, and herbaceous in aroma. The oil is popular in antiseptic products, a beneficial product for soothing bug bites and also acting as repellant. This oil belnds well with any other "minty" aromatic oil.

O&3 presents Chokeberry Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. Harvested from wild Cokeberry seeds Chokeberries are the small fruits produced by the Aronia Melanocarpa plant. The oil itself is rich in polyphenol and best used in body care formulations. It is a fantastic oil to soften, soothe and protect the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated. Its popularity is more towards the more mature skin types. Within scalp and hair care applications, Chokeberry Seed Oil helps to condition and restore vitality to the scalp and normal, dry hair.

O&3 presents Onion Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. You better believe it… But this Onion Seed Oil will not make your eyes water! Do not be misled; this seed is not from the vegetable itself, rather from the flowers of the onion plant. You may not have come across this oil but it has been in circulation for centuries. The oil is very much considered a "repair" oil, especially when it comes to hair & skin care. Packed with vitamin C (folic acid) this oil carries plenty of punch in the essential fatty acid department. It blends well on your hair (it does not smell like onion, do not worry!) & aids in the strengthening of hair follicles & nourishment of the scalp. It is equally beneficial on the skin due to its anti-bacterial & antioxidant properties & absorbs just as effectively on the skin. Onion Oil is making a come-back.

O&3 presents Safflower High Linoleic Oil, Cold Pressed. This product is the base of many cosmetic formulations, you simply cannot go wrong with this oil no matter the finished product or formulation. It is stable & has a decent shelf life for a cold pressed oil. It is an unsaturated oil that is yellow in color, with a makeup similar to that of Sunflower oil. This oil is perfectly suited for those that want a cheap carrier oil to get their formulation up & running; whether its a soap, shampoo, massage oil or face cream.

O&3 presents Magnolia Leaf, Essential Oil. This floral & fruity Essential oil is steam distilled from the LEAVES of the Michelia Alba plant, which is also known as the white champaca / white jade orchid tree. It has a very calming scent hence its popularity in aromatherapy products. Its popularity in relaxtion formaultions is due to its Linalool content, which promotes soothing.

A powerhouse oil! O&3 presents Moringa Seed Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. This ancient ingredient (once used by the Egyptians to protect them from the harsh desert environment) has really come into its own in modern day cosmetic application. Proteins, minerals, vitamins, it has it all. Moringa is a replenisher of the skin, it brings vibrancy through its enriched nutritional profile. The antioxidants within the oil aids in the prevention of free radical damage to skin tissue (i.e. the creator of wrinkles). It carries cytokinins which encourage skin cell growth, so works very well in deep skin moisturizers & after-sun products. It is also rich in Vitamin C, which we all need to maintain a healthy complexion 'glow'. O&3 presents Bucchu, Essential Oil. Also known as Bucchu Betulina Oil, this essential oil is distilled from the leaves (wild harvested). Bucchu itself is a shrub that grows in the mountains, in close proximity to rocks (the roots are attached to rocks), which collect the moisture for the plant to flourish. The plant is related to the citrus family, hence delivering a slight minty aroma alongside Blackcurrant/ herbaceous notes.

This raw material is wild harvested in the Brazilian Amazon and is flowing with benefits… Rich in nutrients including vitamins, antioxidants & essential fatty acids. The oil itself is a light and dry oil which absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feel on the skin. An absolute winner in all formulations, including face, body, hair and nails. The oil has a light, nutty scent which disappears quickly after application as well as a long decent shelf life (for a Cold Pressed Oil).

What's up doc! O&3 presents Black Lilac Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. Harvested from wild Black Lilac Seeds. These seeds are most commonly steam distilled for the essential oil, however we prefer it as a cold pressed. It is not a common oil, but we love it. It is a fantastic oil to soften, soothe and protect the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated. Its popularity is more towards the more mature skin types through scalp and hair care applications.

O&3 presents Peanut Oil, Cold Pressed Organic. Cold Pressed & Organic Peanuts deliver a highly nutritious oil that delivers a wide spectrum of benefits for the skin. Due to its CP nature, it has a nutty aroma to the oil. From vitamin B & E to folic acid & minerals, this oil provides your skin with the nutrients required to rebuild your skin cells & nourish accordingly. This oil does leave a slightly greasy feel to the skin so we would encourage you to formulate using this ingredient rather than using it on its own. Predominantly used as a base ingredient for soaps, lotions & creams, this cost effective ingredient is worth considering if you want to keep your formulation costs to a minimum.

Herbalicious…. O&3 presents St Johns Wort, Infused in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. St Johns Wort is commonly known to aid in the repairing of damaged skin & healing burns, bites & abrasions. We naturally infuse St Johns Wort herb into our Extra Virgin Olive Oil to control the aroma, but most of all the Olive Oil acts as a super nutritious carrier for the natural herb, which is what makes this ingredient a wonderful hydrator of the skin. The infused oil works particularly well in stretch mark & skin scar formulations. This version is a darker green oil in comparison to the Sunflower Oil version which we also offer.

O&3 presents Bilberry Seed Oil, Cold Pressed. This is a cracking super-fruit oil. Extremely rich in antioxidants, hence is rise to power as a real gem of a super-fruit oil. The oil contains tocotrienols, which are known to be more powerful than vitamin E itself which makes it a fantastic skin moisturizer and anti-aging ingredient. The oil when applied directly is an easy absorber hence why we like to apply it just as it is, leaving the skin firm & plump. Super fruit oils are plentiful in our range and this one has to be a top 3 ingredient for us. A fantastic rejuvenating oil!

Here is something different… O&3 presents Banana, Infused in Sunflower Oil Organic. We infuse a Natural Banana fruit extract into Sunflower Oil to give you a delicate carrier oil that carries a subtle aroma of Banana. This oil is a super carrier oil for massage or any hair/skin care formulation that you wish to carry a subtle banana-like aroma.

This ancient oil (even mentioned in the Bible) is produced form the leaves of the purple flowering tops. Its popularity in the cosmetic world has risen due to its sweet & spicy aroma profile. It blends wonderfully with other oils and is ideally directed towards formulations that are aimed at tackling skin marks & those eye bags!

Aloe there! O&3 presents Aloe Vera 200:1, Powder. We have a wide family of Aloe at O&3 that all provide you with a variety of purposes. Our Mexican Aloe lives up to its name serving as a super skin moisturizer, successfully carrying oxygen to the skin cells. A well known calming & soothing ingredient that has been used for centuries to aid burns & scars. Exactly why it is a staple holiday ingredient to aid those sun burns!

O&3 presents Rosehip Seed Oil, Cold Pressed (R Color). One of our favorites, this classic ingredient has been building momentum across the industry & for good reason. This particular grade is called "R Color" as it is more RED in color due to some of the pulp being used in the pressing of the oil. Some people prefer a more orange grade, so please check out that grade if you prefer. Both options are available, however the Orange is more popular due to the Red being quite an over-powering dose of red. Wild harvested, this oil is handpicked & then lightly pressed to produce a golden-red tinted oil. With regards to our Canina grade, the hips are dried, cleaned & then lightly cold pressed. Rosehips are known to have a vast vitamin A & E content hence its popularity in formulations. Often referred to as a 'tonic' oil, if it is not in your formulation, we recommend serving this oil just as it is & applied directly to the skin & face. It is a diuretic oil containing trans-retinoic acid which carries many a therapeutic property. It has been used for centuries as a skin cell & tissue repairer hence its growing popularity. You can now see why it is not an oil you want to ignore.
