Cannabigerol (CBG) Isolate is a minor cannabinoid isolated from the plant Cannabis. CBG is typically found in low concentrations in mature plants and is often referred to as the “stem cell” cannabinoid because it is a precursor to create all other cannabinoids such as CBD and THC. Although CBG acts on both CB1 and CB2 receptors, it does not have the same psychoactive effect as THC.
