SPECIAL BLACK 100 is an easily dispersed oxidized furnace process carbon black used for masstone in water-based primers. It is preferred as a tinting black with high stability to flooding and floating. Used for radiation curing coatings.

SPECIAL BLACK 350 is an oxidized furnace carbon black for use in UV-cured ink when higher print density is required and slower cure time can be tolerated. It is also used in high gloss solvent flexo inks. Amorphous carbon. Used for solvent-based packaging printing inks, UV-curing printing inks, sheet-fed offset printing inks.

SPECIAL BLACK 5 carbon black pigment is an amorphous carbon, medium color gas black (MCG) type. Typical coating applications include solvent-borne coatings for the industrial industry.

NIPex® 180 IQ is a pigment carbon black produced on the basis of the high color gas (HCG) black process. IQ stands for ink jet quality. NIPex® 180 IQ is easy to disperse and provides outstanding optical print density, high coverage power and improved smear resistance.

NEROX® 1000 carbon black pigment is a Low Color Furnace Black (LCF) type. It offers various levels of optical density and undertone, easy dispersing with high optical density and good hold-out, excellent coloristic properties and rheology, as well as an excellent balance of properties for sharp imaging and optimum gloss. Used for printing inks, masstone coloring in pure black coatings (e.g., in automotive basecoats), for tinting in gray coatings and paints (e.g., in decoration), and for light tinting in transparence coatings (e.g., for metallic effects and wood glazing). NIPex® 35 is a low color furnace (LCF) carbon black recommended for those toner qualities which require a high electrical resistivity. NIPex® 35 has excellent properties in chemical toners because of its ease of dispersion.

COLOR BLACK FW 171 carbon black pigment is a small particle size high color furnace black (HCF) type. It is particularly suited for water-borne coating systems that require high jetness with a bluish undertone, e.g., automotive and industrial coatings. Especially recommended for powder coatings.
