AROSPERSE® 11 is an easily dispersible carbon black that is useful in adhesives for adding and improving uncured sag resistance. The high structure and small particle size also imparts excellent cured modulus and elongation to the cured products made with it. Its small particle size also improves resistance to ultraviolet light degradation.

AROSPERSE® 15 thermal black is the largest particle sized DEC carbon black available. It is an extremely clean (low sieve residue) thermal black that produces smooth extrusions finding applications in XLPE electrical cable insulation / jacketing, thin wall membranes of many types and metals refining. It also works well in hose & liners, sponge applications, gaskets and as an extender for fluorocarbons. It provides excellent compression set properties.

AROSPERSE® 7-256 is a large particle size carbon black possessing high melt flow characteristics suitable for use in premium polyolefin concentrates requiring high loading levels of carbon black. It is also recommended for use in general tinting applications, for both solvent and waterborne coatings.

AROSPERSE® 5-289 is the lower Oil Absorption Number (DBP) version of Arosperse® 5 that allows higher loadings in concentrates. It provides medium term UV protection and produces smooth extrusions. Specific applications include HDPE pipe and geomembrane.

LAMP BLACK 101 is used as a tinting carbon black with high stability to pigment separation for coatings, for plastics, for covering layers to metal casting, for accumalators, graphite parts as well as a reactivity component (hard metals,ceramics). Amorphous carbon. Used for powder coatings. Offers high stability to pigment separation. Used as inorganic color pigment for black coloring and tinting in plastics. Possesses good dispersibility due to its high structure.

AROSPERSE® 3 is a medium color specialty carbon black that provides good dispersibility with medium to long term UV protection. Its low sieve residue and low ash levels results in good extrudability and low screen pressure build up. Uses include high pressure plastic pipe, geomembrane, geogrid and wire and cable jacketing.

SPECIAL BLACK 4 is a versatile post oxidized, regular color gas carbon black for masstone coloring and tinting of solvent and water-based coatings. It is also suitable for high quality printing and duplicating inks and can be used for coloring plastics or synthetic fibers with high insulating properties. Amorphous carbon. Used for solvent-based flexo inks, tin printing inks UV curing printing inks, screen printing inks, copperplate printing inks and for all kinds of automobile and industrial coating. Offers high insulating properties.

AROSPERSE® 7 is an excellent large particle carbon black with blue tone for producing utility concentrates. It disperses well, lets down easily to lower concentrations and in general processes well producing low screen pressure build up. Product use include polymer extension, molded goods, medium gage films, and cold water pipe and in general tinting applications, for both solvent and waterborne coatings.

AROSPERSE® 5 finds use in plastics, molded goods, coatings, and inks imparting a blue tone. It is easily dispersible providing excellent processing and smooth extrusions. Specific applications include high pressure pipe, thermoplastic film, geomembrane and as a lampblack replacement.
