Otsuka Chemical RUVA-93 copolymerizes efficiently with a variety of monomers, such as methacrylic, styrenic, and acrylonitrile monomers, thus providing permanent placement of the benzotriazole in the polymer. The advantages associated with a UV stabilizer bonded to a polymer backbone over the typical “additive” stabilizers include the permanence of the stabilizer in the resin, improved compatibility even in the very high loadings, excellent environmental acceptability, expanded technology options and ability to design new UV polymer screens with unique properties.

Otsuka Chemical Unifoam AZ ultra #1195-I have been developed with powder technology and surface treatment technology to avoid caking and dust pollution. UNIFOAM AZ is the most widely used foaming agent for plastics and rubbers. We have recently developed UNIFOAM AZ ULTRA. This new foaming agent has perfect anti-caking qualities, is free flowing, and has a low percentage of dust.
