ALKONAT® L 70 is a line of product comprised of different degrees of alcohol ethoxylate obtained from the reaction of lauryl alcohol derived from natural and renewable sources with ethylene oxide (EO).

ALKONAT® L 70

The ULTRAPEG® product line is made up of ethylene oxide polymers. It is represented by the following general formula: HO(CH2CH2O)nH
According to the degree of ethoxylation(n), products with different molecular weights and melting points can be obtained, which allows the use of these products in various applications. The hydrophilicity of the polyoxyethylene chain from the ULTRAPEG® product line allows for the obtention of a hygroscopic polymer which is highly water soluble. By varying the molecular weight, liquid or solid products may be obtained, covering a wide range of viscosities and consistencies.

ALKONAT® CE 200 F

The ALKEST® CSO 400H is composed of surfactants resulting from the reaction of castor oil with ethylene oxide (EO). By increasing the degree of ethoxylation, the hydrophilic character of the molecule is increased (higher HLB), which represents increasing water solubility, cloud points and pour points. This product can be used as emulsifier, antistatic agent, lubricant and solubilizer in various markets and product applications.

ALKONAT® L 40

NEOMINOX® LA is a Lauryldimethylamine Oxide where the alkyl group is derived from natural, renewable sources and is readily biodegradable. This amine oxide provides excellent grease-cutting, viscosity building and foam. It is compatible with most ingredients including hypochlorite, peroxide, acids and bases. It can be formulated in conditioning shampoos, hand and dish wash, bath products, hard surface cleaners, skin cleansers, alkaline cleaners, hair conditioners, bathroom cleaners and hand soaps.

NEOMINOX® LA

ALKOPON® NS ECO 92 is an excellent anionic surfactant, extensively used in cosmetic formulations. It is a high foaming ingredient suitable for soap and toothpaste formulations. It is a surfactant that is biodegradable and safe for contact with skin. Its process does not form dioxane, therefore, it can be used in formulations that have dioxane free claim.

The ALKEST® SP line is made up of sorbitan esters derived from the reaction of sorbitol with fatty acids. Products from the ALKEST® SP line are lipophilic, having low HLB values. The lipophilic nature makes these products soluble or dispersible in oil, favoring their use in water-in-oil (W/O) emulsions and as low HLB emulsifiers used in combination with high HLB emulsifiers in oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions. ALKEST® SP 60 and ALKEST® SP 80, when used in combination with ALKEST® TW 60 or 80, are excellent emulsifiers for beeswax, paraffin, carnauba and their mixtures, promoting stability and homogeneity of formulations. To prepare cosmetic creams and lotions, the selection of fatty acids and degrees of ethoxylation allow many combinations between the ALKEST® SP and ALKEST® TW products to obtain the right balance of emulsifiers for optimum performance and stability.

ALKOPON® 70 ECO has 100% carbon from renewable vegetable resources, derived from lauryl alcohol from palm kernel oil and ethylene from sugarcane. Besides being a product of vegetable origin, it is biodegradable and without preservatives, and is therefore desirable in green and natural formulations.

NEOMINOX® LP is an Alkylamidopropyldimethylamine Oxide where the alkyl group is derived from natural, renewable sources. It is derived from cocamidopropylamine oxide. Alkylamidopropylamine Oxides are considered nonionic/amphoteric surfactants and are compatible with all surfactant classes: anionic, nonionic, amphoteric and cationic. In addition, Alkylamidopropylamine Oxides can mitigate the irritation effects of anionic surfactants and are recommended to be used in combination with our ALKOPON® anionic product line. Alkylamidopropylamine Oxides are traditionally used as secondary surfactants in hand and dish wash, car wash and hand soaps formulations due to their excellent foam boosting, foam stabilizing, grease cutting and viscosity building properties. NEOMINOX® LP may also be used in conditioning shampoos, bubble bath products, skin cleansers, body washes and hand soaps.

It is commonly used as Cleansing Agent, Anti Static Agent, Foam Booster, Hair Conditioning Agent, Skin Conditioning Agent, Surfactant, Viscosity Modifier and Amphoteric Surfactant for a variety of applications in Hair Care, Bath And Body Care, Skin Care, Oral Care, Treatment Products and Baby Care. It is a Oleochemical and Chemical Synthesis product.

EMCAplus® GEL 230 is a mixture of microcrystalline paraffin, macrocrystalline paraffin and mineral oils with a high level of purity. It is practically insoluble in water, alcohol and glycerol. This product is used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and veterinary formulas as well as applications that may involve direct and indirect contact with foods. It has a drop point of 58.0-64.0ºC.
