The ALKEST® CSO product line is composed of surfactants resulting from the reaction of castor oil with ethylene oxide (EO). Depending on the number of ethylene oxide units (degree of ethoxylation), products with various values of HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) are obtained,allowing these products to be used in a wide range of applications.

REXSOFT®L is an anionic surfactant that has conditioning and moisturizering effect. It is used in the manufacture of personal care products such as shampoos, soap bath, facial and body cleaning products. REXSOFT®L has very low eyes and skin irritation levels. It is used together with sodium lauryl sulfate (REXAPON LSS D / REXAPON LSS 95) or sodium lauryl ether sulfate (LESSREX 70) specially for mild and children personal care products. When REXSOFT®L is included in a personal care product formulation, high foam products are obtained, having very low degreasing effect and very softy for the skin and mucous.

PASTREX® RL D by Oxiteno is commonly used as Cleansing Agent for a variety of applications in Hair Care, Skin Care, Sun Care, Bath And Body Care, Fragrance and Color Cosmetics.

The ALKEST® CSO 540 is composed of surfactants resulting from the reaction of castor oil with ethylene oxide (EO). By increasing the degree of ethoxylation, the hydrophilic character of the molecule is increased (higher HLB), which represents increasing water solubility, cloud points and pour points. This product can be used as emulsifier, antistatic agent, lubricant and solubilizer in various markets and product applications.

REXAPON® LSS 95 F by Oxiteno is comprised of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and Sodium dodecyl sulphate. It is commonly used as Foaming Agent, Cleansing Agent, Denaturant, Emulsifying Agent, Surfactant, Thickener and Anionic Surfactant for a variety of applications in Hair Care, Skin Care, Bath And Body Care, Sun Care, Color Cosmetics and Treatment Products. It is a Chemical Synthesis product. It is available in Flakes form.

EMCAplus® 180 is made up of white mineral oil. It is colorless, odorless and non- fluorescent in the light of day, meeting the FDA and USP standards for parameters for neutrality and solid paraffin, polynuclear compounds and easily carbonized substances content. The products in the EMCAplus® line are made with raw materials obtained from fractions of petroleum distillate that undergo a special treatment process, unique in Brazil, that qualifies them as USP white mineral oils of high purity. Due to their predominantly paraffinic nature, they are distributed in a wide range of viscosities. It is ideal for use in foods, agrochemicals, cosmetics and personal care, pharmacy and veterinary use, functional fluids, resins, textiles and inks, adhesives and hot melts. EMCAplus® 180 can be used as a base for body creams and lotions, tanning oils, hair oils, pomades and creams, body pomades, and light-protecting lotions and as a moisturizer in shaving lotions.

The ULTRAPEG® product line is made up of ethylene oxide polymers. It is represented by the following general formula: HO(CH2CH2O)nH According to the degree of ethoxylation(n), products with different molecular weights and melting points can be obtained, which allows the use of these products in various applications. The hydrophilicity of the polyoxyethylene chain from the ULTRAPEG® product line allows for the obtention of a hygroscopic polymer which is highly water soluble. By varying the molecular weight, liquid or solid products may be obtained, covering a wide range of viscosities and consistencies.

Fatty acid diethanolamide 80%

ALKOLAN® CAP 30 can function as both a detergent and as a hydrotrope and when used results in clear formulations even at lower temperatures. If used as the sole surfactant in a system, the foam will be moderate and easily rinsed.

ALKEST® TW 327 is made up of ethoxylated sorbitan esters,Depending on the starting fatty acid and the degree of ethoxylation,with a wide range of HLB (Hydrophilic-Lipophilic Balance) values are obtained, which provides the formulator with a versatile set of emulsifiers to choose from.
