High strength 100% solid colorants with broad compatibility in a wide variety of conventional, low and zero VOC water based coatings and inks. Pigments used in PanTINT 18 Series have been selected to meet the durability and transparency requirements of most high performance applications.

PanTINT® Ultimate 2 Series Chip Dispersions are dry, powdered colorants free from alkylphenolethoxylates, solvents or other hazardous ingredients. PanTINT® Ultimate dispersions have much finer pigment particle size than is normally achieved in most standard dispersion processes. They are granulated for ease of handling and incorporation with minimal dusting. PanTINT ® Ultimate Dispersions are stable under normal ambient conditions and will not sinter, agglomerate or lose strength on aging.

PanTINT® 70 and 72 Series are concentrated pigment dispersions in a plasticizer base. Compatible with a wide range of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin formulations for thermoplastic applications. The Pigments chosen for the 70 and 72 Series exhibit color brilliance, strength, chemical and UV resistance and lightfastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The 70 Series are pigments dispersed in a monomeric pthalate plasticizer while the 72 Series are dispersed in pthalate compliant plasticizer.

Easy to use PanTINT 94 Colorants are based on a proprietary combination of surface active agents resulting in exceptional system compatibility. They have little or no effect on viscosity, gloss, cure time, resistance to water spotting or exterior durability. They will not support the growth of microorganisms.

Solvent-free colorants designed for use in powder coatings and UV and EB cured applications. They are based on a proprietary dispersing vehicle which provides exceptional compatibility, light fastness and heat resistance. Available in a wide range of colors for most tinting and masstone applications, our unique manufacturing process insures that the pigments have been dispersed to an exceptionally fine particle size for optimum color strength and transparency. These dispersions are granulated for ease of handling and incorporation with minimal dusting, remain stable under normal ambient conditions and will not sinter or deteriorate with aging.

They will not dry out in part full containers and have little or no effect on gloss, cure time, resistance to water spotting or exterior durability. They are freeze-thaw stable and will not support the growth of microorganisms

Solvent-free chip dispersions for use in solvent borne and radiation cured coatings and inks. PanTINT 12 Colorants are based on a unique modified thermoplastic acrylic resin with exceptionally broad compatibility. Pigments used in the PanTINT 12 Series have been selected to meet the durability and transparency requirements of most high performance applications.

PanTINT® 73 are pigment dispersions for industrial solvent based epoxy coatings. They consist of industrial quality organic and inorganic pigments finely milled in Bisphenol A carrier resin. The pigments chosen for the PanTINT 73 exhibit color strength, durability, chemical resistance and light fastness. Most are suitable for interior and exterior applications. The epoxy carrier resin along with a proprietary additive package allow for high pigment solids and superior compatibility with a number of epoxy based systems. The 73 series’ will be compatible with a wide range of epoxy resin formulations for industrial, maintenance and architectural coating applications.
