ME-PRO is a plant-based protein ingredient produced as a light-colored and free-flowing powder. ME-PRO is highly digestible 70% crude protein (as fed), with 90% of its phoshorus available to aquatic and terrestrial species. ME-PRO is produced at a state-of-the-art plant using non-GMO soybean meal through a proprietary fermentation process. ME-PRO also offers significant amounts of short-chain peptides and free amino acids that confer excellent attractability and palatability properties.
