SAERfoam is our structural core material with 3D glass bridges. SAERfoam replaces conventional core materials such as PVC, PET and balsa in an innovative manner: Ultralight foam (PU/PE/PIR) is combined with 3D glass reinforcements. The result is SAERfoam, a hybrid core material with customizable mechanical properties and extremely low weight.

SAERcore is our patented product range for closed injection processes such as RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) and RTM light, together with infusion processes. The highlight: SAERcore delivers an optimized resin flow zone of polypropylene (PP). This causes the resin to flow four times faster – and even five times faster with our special high-flow variant.

SAERTEX composite reinforcements made of glass, carbon and aramid fibers. Those materials are also known as NCFs (non-crimp fabrics). Depending on the fiber type, surface weight and angle combination, various mechanical characteristics can be achieved. SAERTEX multiaxials are individually configured for our customers and optimally adapted to a range of processes.
