SEI Chemicals GCC-100 FRO Oil-Based is a low VOC, low odor, biodegradable and environmentally friendly form release. This form release agent provides exceptional release properties while protecting the environment and the workers who apply the product. Recommended for wood, aluminum or metal forms and is the product of choice for Plastic Form Liners. Since the product does not contain waxes, GCC-100 is non-staining to the concrete. When applied by sprayer, brush or roller, the product forms a film on the surface that covers 100% of the exposed form area. 100% coverage is the GCC-100 advantage by providing uniform release that avoids heavy build-up and uncovered areas. GCC-100 will not crater, bead, run or sag on vertical applications. Residual concrete dust can be wiped off with a rag or water washed to a clean surface. This reduction in heavy build-up reduces form preparation between uses, increasing the forms useful life and decreases labor and maintenance costs. Ideal for use on aluminum, pre-cast forms, plywood, lumber, steel, rubber, plastics and treated paper. No surface preparation is required for subsequent coatings or treatments of concrete formed with GCC-100.

SEI Chemicals GCC-100 FRW Water-Based is a zero VOC, no odor, oil-free, non-combustion, biodegradable environmentally friendly form release. This product is a clear water-based form release agent that provides exceptional release properties while protecting the environment and the workers who apply the product. Recommended for wood, aluminum or metal forms and is the product of choice for Plastic Form Liners. Since the product does not contain any oils or waxes, GCC-100 is non-staining to the concrete and can be top-coated without concern for compatibility. SEI Chemicals GCC-100 FRW Water-Based

SEI Chemicals MD-1000 Water-Base is migrational and it cross-links within a coating system. This cross-linking forms a dehydration matrix that does not allow moisture to penetrate. This EPA registered antimicrobial additive prevents a wide variety of molds, fungi and bacterias. It can be used in any interior or exterior products including: paint, coating, wax, stain, preservative, wallpaper paste, water for spraying lumber or any coating used to protect any substrate where microbiological life can grow. The treated product and surface will continually eliminate and prevent all microbiological life forms including airborne spores.

SEI Chemicals GCC-100FR - Potable Water is composed of organic chemicals emulsified in water that react with the alkali content of concrete to form a release film that effectively prevents the bonding of the concrete to the form. In addition, the product also contains a high molecular weight, non-reactive, chemically inert ingredient to assist in clean, quick form release and removal. This exclusive combination of physical and chemical reactive components provides a doubly effective separation and the ultimate in form release efficiency. GCC-100 meets maximum VOC content limits for Form Release Compounds as required by the U.S. EPA Architectural Coatings Rule. GCC-100 is biodegradable.
