Sels Selsana Block Fat is our high-performance deep-frying fat for professional use in the fryer. It is also used in roasting, baking and cooking. For this product, we only process palm oil from sustainable cultivation according to the RSPO standard and do not use any additives that are subject to declaration. The practical division into two approx. 5 kg units makes handling easier and the product does not have to be cooled because it is filled in sealed packs.

Sels Selsana Rapeseed Oil is gently pressed and refined in our own oil mill. It impresses with its versatility in application. So it is ideal for all salads, dressings, marinades as well as for roasting, baking, cooking and fondues. Constant internal and external laboratory controls guarantee the highest quality standard. The nutritionally optimal combination of mono- and polyunsaturated fatty acids makes it so valuable.

Sels Selsana+ Frying Oil offers high temperature stability and a long service life in the fryer. Selsana+ is purely herbal, always liquid and free of anti-foaming agents or other additives that require declaration. In addition to frying, it can also be used for roasting, baking and fondues.

Sels Selsana Sunflower Oil is gently pressed from high-quality seeds, refined and freed from wax. The high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids makes it particularly valuable. Due to its neutral taste, it is well suited for cold and warm dishes and is ideal for salads, mayonnaise and dips.

Sels Selsana Gold Semi-liquid Frying Fat Long Life has been specially developed for the professional kitchen. It is characterized by high heat stability and convinces with a long service life. Selsana Gold can be poured from 20 degrees, contains only purely plant-based ingredients and is free of anti-foaming agents or other additives that are subject to declaration. During production, we only use certified palm oil according to the RSPO standard.
