The company’s main products include: acrylate processing aids, PVC foaming regulators, full acrylate impact modifiers, MBS impact modifiers, multifunctional impact modifiers CGA series products, high-efficiency lubricants , Engineering plastics ASA high rubber powder and other products. Now it has formed an annual output of 60,000 tons of acrylic processing aids, 10,000 tons of all-acrylate impact modifiers, 30,000 tons of MBS impact modifiers, and 10,000 tons of lubricants. Engineering plastic ASA has an annual output of 10,000 tons, with a total production capacity of 120,000 tons. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to the independent research and development of functional polymer additives, and has established Weifang City Enterprise Technology Center, Weifang City Engineering Laboratory, Weifang City Key Laboratory and other research and development institutions. The company has obtained more than 20 invention patents and utility model patent authorizations from the State Intellectual Property Office. Shandong Donglin New Materials CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) 135A is a high molecular polymer with linear structure generated by the reaction of HDPE and chlorine. It itself is a special thermoplastic elastomer. It has the following excellent chemical properties: good weather resistance, flame retardancy, It is resistant to chemicals and ozone. Its basic function is to improve the impact strength and weather resistance of PVC products. Donglin CPE 135A has excellent elongation at break and the best tensile strength.
