Silpak RU-491 are two-component, high performance, 100% solids Urethane Elastomers developed for their toughness and ease of processing. Applications include automotive and concrete tooling, rapid prototyping, Special FX, and any application where high resiliency, durability, and a firm rubber are required.

Silpak RU-430 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easy to process. This system is designed with high elongation properties with good tear resistance and offers excellent library shelf-life. Use for making molds or rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts. **Use RU-430 C softening agent to reduce hardness.

Silpak RU-435TH is a two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that becomes thixotropic within minutes for creating thin, brush-on bladder molds within hours. Once cured, this urethane RTV provides a strong, durable mold with excellent tear strength. Use to create thin, flexible molds for easier de-molding or use to cut mold cost through minimizing material usage. Applications include mold making for the art, architectural, and foundry industries. Note: A Mother Mold, usually made of plaster, fiberglass or Trowel-On 60 (Thixotropic Plastic), is used to help support thin bladder mold.

Silpak RU-455 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easily processed. This system provides a firm, semi-flexible, durable and abrasion resistant rubber compound. Use for creating molds, especially large molds where dimensional stability is required to avert distortion, and rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts. Also makes molds that are compatible for casting Silicone Platinum RTV.

Silpak RU-470 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easily processed. This system provides a firm, semi-flexible, durable and abrasion resistant rubber compound. Used for a variety of applications including molds, concrete texture stamps and form liners, and rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts.

Silpak RU-440 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easy to process. This system is offers good strength properties with excellent library shelf-life. Use to make molds or rubber parts. Molds are used to cast concrete, wax, and plaster parts.

Silpak RU-280 is a two-component, semi-flexible urethane elastomer that is easy to process. Applications include automotive, tooling, architectural flexible moldings, prototype, Special FX, coatings and any application where rapid cure, high resiliency, firm rubber part is required. Parts can be easily stained with either oil or water based paints.

Silpak RU-448 is a two-component, 100% solids Urethane Elastomer RTV that is easily processed. This system provides semi-flexible, abrasion resistant rubber compound with good elongation for easier demolding. Use for creating molds and rubber parts, especially large molds where dimensional stability is required to avert distortion. Molds are used to cast cement, wax, and plaster parts.

Silpak RU-365 is a liquid, two-component, 100% solid Urethane RTV Elastomer that provides firm rubber part with excellent tear strength and abrasion resistance. Its simple 1 to 1 mix ratio and low viscosity allows for easy processing. This firm, yet flexible, urethane RTV is used for texture and concrete stamp pads, firm rubber molds and parts, concrete form liners, prototype rubber parts or any application where a firm rubber part is required.
