Simalta 374 is a water-based contact adhesive, free of solvents and chloroprene rubber (CR). By diversifying the raw materials we use in our formulations, we reduce the risk associated with those materials that are often part of worldwide shortages. With this focus in mind, we've been able to create new formulations that offer great performance characteristics while meeting both the price stability and environmental goals of our clients. These products further our industry-leading green initiatives for a healthier planet. The initial adhesive strength is achieved by adding Accelerator 40 during the spraying process. The adhesive has to be applied to both sides using high volume low-pressure 2-component spray guns (HVLP).

SIMALFA 309 is a super instant tack, high yielding. and that drying one-part water-based adhesive that can be used in a wide variety of applications. SIMALFA 315-OF allows for instant bonding and Overspray Free application. While all SIMALFA products can be sprayed with no overspray, there are many operators and equipment-related variables that can potentially cause overspray. Simalta 315-OF is chemically engineered to eliminate those variables. Our "OF" technology creates a web-like spray pattern that prevents adhesive particles from going airborne and creates a "cloud, insuring a clean, sate, and waste-free environment.
