We extend the life span of durable metallic goods, thus contributing to restrain the exploitation of non renewable natural resources.

Our plant is located in Bouchain (France), close to the largest Northern European seaports. Our products are available worldwide through a network of agents and distributors: we cover over 70 countries. This extended network allows SNCZ to add a local service to a global network."

NNovinox®ACE36W is an eco-friendly Zinc Phosphosilicate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ACE 36W is designed for the formulation of eco-friendly paints and coatings. Without any safety labeling, it offers a high level of protection against corrosion. Novinox®ACE 36W is suitable for a wide range of resins, water or solvent based systems. It is particularly suitable for waterborne systems.

NOVINOX ACE36W

Novinox®ACE24 is an eco-friendly Zinc Aluminum phosphate. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ACE 24 is designed for the formulation of eco-friendly paints and coatings. Without any safety labeling, it offers the same level of corrosion protection than a standard Zinc Aluminum phosphate. Novinox®ACE 24 is suitable for a wide range of resins, water or solvent based systems. It is particularly suitable for acrylic and epoxy resins systems.

NOVINOX ACE24

Novinox®PZ02 is an organically modified basic Zinc phosphate developed to be more reactive than standard Zinc phosphate in PU and alkyd systems. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. The organic activator provides a higher solubility of the pigment in the initial stages of corrosion leading to a higher reactivity and protection.

NOVINOX PZ02

SNCZ Zinc Phosphate PZW2 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications. It is an easily dispersed white powder with a low tinting strength. Thanks to its low solubility, Zinc phosphate PZW2 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.

Novinox®PC01 is a Calcium phosphate used as an anticorrosion inhibiting pigment in DYI coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PC01 may be used in formulations for Environmentally-friendly coatings.

NOVINOX PC01

Novinox®ACE110 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment designed for coil coatings. It is a stable and easily dispersed white powder with a low tinting strength. Novinox®ACE110 has been developed as a non toxic and eco-friendly alternative to Strontium chromate for coil coatings. Compatible with PU and PE/melamine systems, Novinox®ACE110 gives excellent anticorrosive performance in coil coatings applied to HDGS, ZAM and CRS.

NOVINOX ACE110

Novinox®PAM is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®PAM has been developed to be an alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings. It is compatible with PU systems. This is a good alternative to Strontium chromate in coil coatings applied on the Galvalume substrate.

Novinox®ACE20 is a corrosion inhibiting pigment suitable for a wide range of applications, from DIY to more demanding ones such as coil coatings. It is a stable and non-hygroscopic white powder with a low tinting strength, it is easily dispersed. Novinox®ACE20 is a modified Zinc phosphate designed to be non toxic for the environment. As it contains more than 90% of PZ20, the replacement of Zinc phosphate by Novinox®ACE20 in formulations is straightforward. Like PZ20, Novinox®ACE20 is compatible with a wide range of solvent and water based resins.
