Sterilex specialty biofilm-control biocides, disinfectants, and decontamination products are used in a variety of applications including animal health, food processing, water care, industrial processing, and environmental remediation. Sterilex patented platform technology is based upon PerQuat® technology, an alkaline peroxygen phase-transfer chemistry which has the unique ability to penetrate and remove biofilms, kill microorganisms in biofilms, and remove organic contaminants. This chemistry is also effective in decontaminating chemical contaminants including nerve agents, organophosphorus pesticides, and carbamates.

Sterilex® Ultra Cip &amp; Ultra Activator Solution is based on PerQuat® technology, is a two-part liquid concentrate that is mixed together at time of use. It is an EPA-registered disinfectant approved to kill organisms such as Listeria, Salmonella, E. coli and spoilage organisms and reduce spore-forming bacteria in CIP systems and brine injection/needle sanitation systems.

Sterilex® Ultra Step is based on proprietary PerQuat® technology, is a single-part product packaged in dry form, that becomes active when it is exposed to moisture.
