Sudzucker Group Glucose Syrup DE-40 has a good balance of sweetness and viscosity. Typically found in the confectionery industry (e.g. gummy bear production).

Sudzucker Group Glucose-Fructose Syrup G 9.001 is an aqueous syrup containing glucose, fructose, maltose, and oligosaccharides, and is the newest addition to our product portfolio. Enzymatic hydrolysis is used to create it from starch. It has a low viscosity and is clear and colorless.

Sudzucker Group Glucose Syrup DE-90 (Hydrolysate) has a low ash content (almost colorless) and a high dextrose content of at least 92 percent. It can be used in fermentation, brewing, cider fermentation, and fruit wines, unlike other glucose syrups.

Sudzucker Group Organic Cane Sugar is made entirely of organic sugar cane and is intended for uses similar to those of standard white sugar. Our Organic Cane Sugar is light-colored crystals with a sweet, pure, and neutral taste that is EU organic-certified.
