IMO is a naturally occurring plant-based dietary fiber/sweetener that is considered prebiotic(promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the colon), water-soluble and low glycemic. It is enzymatically processed from cornstarch and is about half the calories and sweetness as sugar.

Organic Fructose is a natural, simple sugar often found in fresh vegetables, fruits and honey. It needs to be converted to glucose by the liver before it can be used as energy to body. It is often used in high fructose corn syrup(HFCS) to sweeten food and beverages. Fructose has lower glycemic index (GI) in comparison to sugar or glucose.

Maltodextrin - Organic is a plant-sourced sweetener made from corn, rice, potato starch etc. It is generally used to thicken or as a filler to increase the volume of processed foods. Less than 20% sugar, it is used to boost up carbohydrate counts for patients who are diabetic or insulin resistance (if consumed in small amounts).
