TECHSPRAY Turbo-Coat Thinner can be used to reduce viscosity to match ideal process parameters. Turbo-Coat, Turbo-Coat HV, and Turbo-Coat Thinner are all HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) free, which means they do not contain common coating solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, and MEK. As a result, these coatings are more user-friendly and safe.

TECHSPRAY Turbo-Coat Acrylic Conformal Coating is intended to increase board production throughput without the need for costly UV systems or other capital equipment. Conformal coating cure time is frequently regarded as a bottleneck in PCB assembly operations. TurboCoat dries tack-free in 3 minutes, allowing manufacturers to handle boards in a third of the time that the leading acrylic coating takes! With elevated temperatures, full cure can be achieved in as little as 10 minutes.

Techspray's AR Acrylic Conformal Coating is Fine-L-Kote AR Acrylic Conformal Coating. Acrylic Conformal Coating is a low-cost conformal coating for PCB protection. Fine-L-Kote AR is HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) free, which means it does not contain common coating solvents such as Toluene, Xylene, and MEK. This improves the usability and safety of the coating.

Fine-L-Kote UR Urethane Conformal Coating is a Techspray® product that comes in a variety of coating formulas to meet field and engineering requirements. Specifications are generally determined by the type of protection required. Thermal, moisture, and static resistance, for example. Coatings contain Opti/Scan to allow quality control inspection of coating coverage and evenness on a PCB. When a coated board is exposed to a common, low-cost UV (short-wave black) light, the coated areas glow. The thicker the coating, the brighter the glow.

Fine-L-Kote LED2 Silicone Coating is designed and formulated specifically for light emitting diode applications that require a completely transparent coating to provide a tough, extremely flexible protective coating. Fine-L-Kote™ LED2 offers the greatest flexibility for extreme temperatures on the flex and rigid circuitry found in LED displays, as well as an outstanding nonstick surface for soil repellency. Cured coatings are hydrolytically stable and retain their physical electrical properties even after being exposed to high temperatures and humidity without interfering with light wavelength or intensity. The Fine-L-Kote™ LED2 will not put any strain on delicate circuit components.

This coating provides resilient, stress-relieving protection while containing low VOC content. This coating cures quickly at room temperature thanks to a moisture/humidity-based curing mechanism.
