CREASPERSE® UV-products are ready-to-use predispersed mineral UV-filters. They are compositions of nanofine Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide or Iron Oxide dispersed in photostable lipids. Creasperse® UVs have maximum concentrations of solids, hence it is easy to obtain high SPFs. Creasperse® UVs offer reliable and consistent UV- protection. The UV-pigments are dispersed in such way, that they distribute evenly and offer maximum capacity of UV-screening. Creasperse® TiO2 dispersions are very photostable and available in different crystal sizes for different kinds of applications. This variety of crystal sizes along with the choice of Zinc Oxide and Iron Oxide brings flexibility to formulating. Standard grades of Creasperse® UV-dispersions are based on Hydrogenated Polydecene and Vegetable Squalane. Creasperse® TR 14 VS 50 has a crystal size of 14 nm, a TiO2 UV-Filter and provides high SPF and low UVA protection. Its vehicle is vegetable squalane and is used in transparent formulations.

HYDRASOFT® products are used as viscosity and texture modifiers and thickeners. They also increase emulsion stability. All Hydrasofts are water dispersible, and they have high moisturizing capacity. Hydrasofts improve the sensorial perception of final formulations. The Hydrasoft® range offers choices from fully natural to synthetic to fit different formulating needs.

Creastar® Melanosis combines intensive and elegant, matte black with beautiful shine effect. Creastar® Melanosis Zultanite is ideal for dark eyeliners, eye shadows and nail varnishes.

Creasperse® Green Leaf is a ready-to-use predispersed chromium oxide green colorant based on hypoallergenic, inert and photostable emollient Alphaflow®. The dispersing technology used in manufacturing Creasperse® produces stable, non-sedimenting dispersions, which make it an easy to use and reliable dispersion of colorants.

Creastar® Palladium products are based on the special metal called palladium. The palladium has a similar shine effect as silver and can be reflected in various metallic shades. Creastar® Palladium PGV 90 is designed for high-class decorative cosmetic application and is free from any regulatory restrictions for make up applications.

Hydrasoft® Cushion is a water dispersible texture modifier and thickener. It is a transparent gel, which delivers moisture to the skin. It provides a soft and non-sticky film with a fresh after feel. It is ideal for O/W emulsions and water-based systems. Good alcohol toleration. Not compatible with electrolytes and pH lower than 5 and upper than 7.5. Hydrasoft® Cushion is available preserved with our standard preservative system but it can be preserved also with the preservative system of customer’s choice.

Micapoly® UV Crystal Broad UVB is a composite material based on muscovite mica and Titanium Dioxide. As it is platelet shaped, it adheres well on the skin and provides long lasting UV-protection. Micapoly® UV Crystal Broad UVB provides high SPF and medium UVA protection.

SERISOFT® is a range of color composites based on sericite and various surface treatments. Serisofts are also available without the colorants. The non-colored Serisofts can be used as texturizers and fillers in formulations containing Serisoft® colors. Serisofts have a soft and smooth skin feel. Sericite is a mineral with similar shape and composition as muscovite mica, but in comparison with traditional mica based composites, Serisofts give softer and more transparent application and they appear whiter. Serisoft® products are platelet shaped particles giving good skin adherence. As the particles are platelet shaped and sized between 5-15 microns, Serisofts provide a matte appearance upon application. TEFPOLY® is a range of texturizers and colorants consisting of composite materials based on Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Tefpolys are available as non-colored texturizers without surface treatment or with Perfluoroperhydrophenanthrene treatment. The color composites in Tefpoly® range are surface treated with Perfluoroperhydrophenanthrene. PTFE is amorphous in structure, and in combination with Perfluoroperhydrophenanthrene, it offers a comprehensive bonding site for pigments and lakes. Tefpolys have a very soft feel, and they are ideal for long lasting color care applications. Tefpoly WL 3 PUR is based on PTFE.

NYLONPOLY® COLOR is a range of Nylon-6 powders with different sizes and colors. Nylonpolys are spherical particles with a sponge-like structure and a soft feel. These particles form elevations on the surface of emulsion when the emulsion is applied on the skin. These elevations prevent airborne particles from attaching onto the surface giving the skin an anti-pollution shield.Nylonpoly® Color are used as colorant, texturizing agents, dry binders and emulsion stabilizers. They also give a high mattifying effect to all formulations. The spherical shape and sponge-like structure give a soft feel and enhanced spreadability. Nylonpoly® Color can also stabilize emulsions by hindering Brownian movement. This is due to the particle size and density of Nylonpoly®.

They are porous silica micro beads, which impart luxurious feel and lubricity to loose and pressed powders, and emulsions. Creaspheres® SIL Color are used as colorant, texturizing agents and dry binders. They improve wear of powder applications on oily skin types as the silica beads absorb excess oil providing a long lasting, matte appearance.

TALCPOLY® range consists of untreated and treated talc powders. They are available in different particle sizes and with a variety of surface treatments. Depending on their particle size, Talcpoly® range vary from almost transparent to quite white on application. Due to their surface characteristics, Talcpolys are easy to formulate with. Talcpolys are recommended for pressed and loose powder applications in which they improve pressability and skin adherence while offering softness. These Talcpoly® products are 10 micron sized (WL 10), but they are also available in 12 micron size (WL 12). In addition to standard sizes and surface treatments, Talcpolys can be custom tailored according to customer requests. Creasil® IE CG is a non-volatile emollient that leaves moderate residue. It is a silky emollient used in skin care and sun care formulations. In color care, it can be used as a soft emollient in emulsions and a plasticizer in mascaras. Creasil® IE CG may be added to Creasil® IC CG and Creasil® IP CG in lipgloss formulas to modify the application qualities and feel towards a more liquid and softer, less sticky feel.

Biomethics® Emulsifier LHS is a natural emulsifier for hot processing. It is surfactant and PEG-free, so it does't disrupt skin's natural barrier. It is ideal for luxurious skin care applications, and color care applications like mascaras. The emulsifier is available preserved with our standard preservative system (Phenoxyethanol). It can be preserved also with the preservative system of customer's choice.

MICAPOLY® is a range of surface treated mica powders. Micapolys are suitable for all loose and pressed powder applications, in which they function as texturizers and fillers. They also have an anti-caking effect. Micapolys are available in a wide range of surface treatments so they allow to formulate products with various functionalities. Due to the selection of surface treatments, Micapolys complement our Colourmat® colors. Micapolys have good skin adherence as they are platelet shaped particles.

Micapoly® UV is a range of composite materials based on muscovite mica and physical UV-filters. Micapoly® UV Crystals are platelet shaped particles with a mica matrix and a double layer of nanofine Titanium Dioxide or Zinc Oxide, which are sealed on the mica surfaces with a polymer. As Micapoly® UV Crystals are platelet shaped, they adhere well on the skin and provide long lasting UV-protection. The particle size of Micapoly® UV Crystals is around 20 microns.

Micromatrix® Dry Sphere Colors are used as colorants, texturizing agents and mattyfiers. They are suitable for use in skin care, makeup products and toiletries. They have an excellent capacity on emulsification as they can improve the emulsion stability. This is ideal to achieve long-lasting wear and increased coverage. Micromatrix® Dry Sphere Colors are colored free flowing powders which provide a smooth velvety feel when applied on the skin. This is due to its uniform particle shape and particle size distribution.

MSL treatment consists of Sorbitan Stearate, Glycoproteins and Isododecane. MSL treatment is the type of surface treatment, which is suitable for liposome systems, as it does not disrupt their structure

Eospoly® UV TR 22 SIL 50 is a new generation UV composite based on Ultrafine TiO2 and silica. It is ideal for all skin and sun care applications. The product can be dispersed in the oil phase or directly in w/o emulsions, no high shear mixing is requested. Eospoly® UV TR 22 SIL 50 can also be used in color cosmetic, formulations from powders to foundations and lipsticks. Typical Use Level: 2-15%
