The Oriel Sea Salt Kiln Dried Mineral Sea Salt is a 100% natural, pure, free flowing mineral sea salt kiln dried with no additives. Natural mineral sea salt is taken and flash dried in our custom built ceramic kiln. This fuses the minerals to the sea salt at 400° retaining the minerals but removing the moisture. So this is the first free flowing sea salt without any additives.
