Magnapur® MGP-N2SC is a stearic acid coated, magnesium hydroxide of natural origin (brucite). This 2.0 µm coated magnesium hydroxide is suitable as a flame retardant in in a wide range of applications including wire &amp; cable bedding and jacketing, foams, hoses, roofing, sheet, and profile.

MAGNAPUR® MGP-N2SC

provides a cost-effective way to flame retard and smoke suppress plastics, rubber and other polymer systems. It is alumina trihydrate and has good flowability and wetout. H-TEC™ 1000 is used for flexible and rigid PVC, nitrile rubbers, neoprene, polyolefins, EPDM, SBR, EPR, latexes, urethanes, EVA copolymers, unsaturated polyesters and other polymer systems.

Marshall Additive Technologies FD409 is a reactive synergist blend specially formulated to provide a good balance of flame retardant performance and reduced cost when used as a partial Antimony Trioxide replacement. This product is applicable to PVC, CPE, and a wide range of polymer systems where the flame retardant is bromine or chlorine based. Depending on the specific formulation, it is typically possible to replace between 30 and 50% of Antimony Trioxide.

Marshall Additive Technologies FD335 is a reactive synergist blend specially formulated to provide the maximum flame retardant performance when used as an Antimony Trioxide replacement. This product is applicable to PVC, CPE, and a wide range of polymer systems where the flame retardant is bromine or chlorine based. Depending on the specific formulation, it is typically possible to replace between 50 and 100% of Antimony Trioxide.

Pulpro10, a ten micron calcium carbonate and Pulpro20, a twenty micron calcium carbonate product.
