Pear Concentrated Fruit Purée is minimally processed to retain better color and flavor. Our fruit purée concentrates are processed similar to single strength purées. Fresh pear fruit is washed, scrubbed, sorted, blanched and processed through finishers. After the Pear Purée passes through the finishers, the water is then extracted from the product concentrating it up to four times the Brix level before being packaged aseptically or frozen.

Peach Puree is available in single strength or concentrated form and is prepared using fresh, sound, 
properly ripened peaches. The product shall be prepared, processed, packaged and delivered in 
accordance with current good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure 
good product definitions. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure the product is in 
compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Tree Top Fruit Ingredients Organic Peach Purée (Cling and Freestone)

Apricot Puree is available in single strength or concentrated form and is prepared using fresh, sound, properly ripened apricots. The product shall be prepared, processed, packaged and delivered in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure 
good product definitions. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure the product is in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Tree Top Fruit Ingredients Apricot Puree

Plum Concentrated Fruit Purée is processed to retain great color and flavor. Fresh plum fruit is washed, scrubbed, sorted, blanched and processed through finishers. After the Plum Purée passes through the finishers, the water is then extracted from the product concentrating it up to four times the Brix level before being packaged aseptically.

Tree Top Fruit Ingredients Plum Purée Concentrate

Apple Sauce is made from apples that have been properly ripened, washed and inspected. The apples are then conveyed to specially designed machines that chop and sieve to remove peel, core and seeds while spray injecting ascorbic acid. The raw product is then cooked by either indirect heat or steam to finish the process. Ascorbic acid is added to provide 100% U.S. RDA Vitamin C and preserve color. The product is inspected throughout the process to assure the product is in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.

Strawberry Concentrated Fruit Purée is minimally processed to retain better color and flavor. Our fruit purée concentrates are processed similar to single strength purées. Fresh strawberry fruit is washed, scrubbed, sorted, blanched and processed through finishers. After the Strawberry Purée passes through the finishers, the water is then extracted from the product concentrating it up to four times the Brix level before being packaged aseptically or frozen.
