Ultrachem® P-ACO 32 is a high performing, multifunctional lubricant designed for use in many industrial applications. These are considered environmentally friendly since they are zinc free. These premium petroleum oils are Ultrachem’s answer for petroleum oils where OEM specifications are critical. They are very useful where frequent change outs are necessary due to poor environments prone to contamination from dust, acids, solvents, gasses, or other contaminants. This product has a service life of 2,000 – 4,000 hours under good operating conditions in rotary screw compressors and up to 2,000 hours in reciprocating compressors. The additive chemistry found in this series provides high performance ashless hydraulic fluids and compressor oils with anti-wear properties.

Ultrachem® PS32 is a blend of synthetic and premium petroleum base fluids designed for use in rotary screw, rotary vane and reciprocating air compressors. The unique additive systems and highest quality synthetic components in these products make them greatly superior to petroleum products. This product extends service life up to 4,000 hours in rotary screw compressors under good operating conditions. Air Release & prevention of foaming are critical performance characteristics in a compressor oil, ensuring reliable start-up and continuous compressed air availability. PS series are designed to provide rapid air release without excessive foaming to give trouble free operation even under cycling conditions.
