The product is made from clean, sound, apples which have been washed, macerated, drum dried, milled, sieved and metal detected with minimum detection levels of 1.0 Fe, 1.50 non-Fe, and 2.0 SUS.

The product is made from clean, sound apples and is metal detected with minimum detection levels of 1.0 Fe, 1.50 non-Fe, and 2.0 SUS. After being dehydrated, the product is milled to obtain powder, which is then sifted.
