Gulf® Table Salt are a minimum 99.9% pure sodium chloride. Each brand is available in Iodized Salt and Plain Salt and they are sold to the food service industry, supermarkets and grocers, in classic 26 oz. round cans. Uniform in crystal size, our salt is fast dissolving and produces a clear brine. These products meet or exceed FDA and Food Chemical Codex standards for food grade salt, and is annually certified kosher. Salt is so essential that it’s said a good chef needs only three things: a fire, a knife, and salt!
