Vitagos is a galacto-oligosaccharide (GOS) abundant, soluble prebiotic/fiber. It has many properties and health benefits that make it an excellent ingredient for a wide range of food, beverage, and supplement applications.
Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) are non-digestible carbohydrates produced from lactose, the sugar naturally found in milk. Galacto-oligosaccharides have been found to support gut health in adults and infants.

Vitalus Nutrition MPI1900 has more than 90% protein and less than 3% lactose.

Vitalus Nutrition Cream products can be used in a wide range of industrial applications from soups and sauces to whipped toppings, cream fillings, pastries, yogurts, frozen cakes and ice cream.
​Our cream products are 36-40% butterfat. They are produced from fresh milk sourced from regional, Canadian farms where artificial growth hormones, like rbST, are not permitted and controlled measures are in place to prevent antibiotics from entering the milk supply.
