ELASTOSIL® M silicone rubber has been the ideal solution for the production of molds that are highly elastic and have excellent release properties and optimum durability. These invaluable processing properties make ELASTOSIL® M indispensable, to both industrial and artisan mold makers.

ELASTOSIL® M

SILFAR® is the name of WACKER’s range of silicone-based products specifically intended for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for use in fermentation and other biotech processes. SILFAR® products feature outstanding chemical resistance. They are not resorbed in the digestive tract, and are therefore not metabolized. They are colorless and odorless.

WACKER’s CAVAQ10® is a highly bioavailable coenzyme Q10 powder. This fat-soluble, vitamin-like substance is a known antioxidant. Coenzyme Q10 has been associated with improved cardiovascular health and supporting optimum fuctioning of the cardiac muscle. However, many commercial products do not offer adequate bioavailability. WACKER’s cyclodextrin-encapsulated CAVAQ10® powder, by contrast, has an 18-fold higher bioavailability compared to other CoQ10 products.

CAVAMAX® is the trade name for cyclodextrins from WACKER. We are the only company in the world to manufacture all three naturally occurring cyclodextrins – α, β and γ (CAVAMAX® W6, W7 and W8). CAVAMAX® cyclodextrins have unique properties resulting in a wide range of functionalities, such as stabilization, rheology control, masking of bitterness or increasing bioavailability and much more. This paves the way for innovative food, pharma and industrial applications.

VINNAPAS® is WACKER’s brand name for a versatile range of polymer-based dispersions, powders and resins that are used to improve the properties and performance of products in a wide range of industries. BELSIL® is an extensive range of premium-grade silicones intended specifically for personal care applications, and more especially for hair care, skin care, color cosmetics, and deodorants. BELSIL® products are developed and manufactured in the highest quality and with utmost care, ensuring that the formulations are highly efficient and reliable. With BELSIL®, you can tailor your hair-care or skin-care formulations or color cosmetics to obtain end products that are not only competitive but also meet the needs of the market.

CAVACURMIN® is a highly bioavailable curcumin complex that is around 40 times more efficiently absorbed than standard turmeric extract. The complexation with the naturally occurring oligasaccharide gamma-cyclodextrin results in a free-flowing, easily dispersible powder.

SILPURAN® 6400/40 A/B is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound with short curing times. Its vulcanizates are noted for their high transparency and excellent mechanical and electrical properties. SILPURAN® 6400 exhibits excellent tear resistance measured according to ASTM D 624 B and DIN ISO 34-1 method A (DIN 53507). SILPURAN® 6400/40 A/B is designed for medical applications in compliance with the Wacker Silicones Health Care Policy, including implantation for less than 30 days.

VINNAPAS® EF 539 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. It was specifically formulated as an environmentally friendly binder for intermediate-grade caulk formulations. The manufacturing process excludes the use of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs), ensuring a reduced environmental impact. No formaldehyde or formaldehyde donors are intentionally added to this product. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 539 has a low glass transition temperature (Tg), which contributes to its desirable performance characteristics.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/30 A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003 series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable, two-component compound with short curing times. The vulcanizates of this product are renowned for their high transparency as well as their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties.

BELSIL® DM 1000000 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane. It is a dimethicone with a high viscosity of 1000000 mm²/s. It exhibits low surface tension and a high spreading coefficient. Its flexible polymer backbone grants it high permeability to gasses such as water vapor and oxygen. This permeability enables the skin to respire.

BELSIL® DM 1000000

BELSIL® W 3230 is a blend of dimethicone and stearoxy-modified polydimethylsiloxane. It is a white wax that offers effective protection against aqueous media. In skin care formulations, BELSIL® W 3230 creates a protective barrier, providing moisturizing benefits. It imparts a non-greasy, soft, velvety feel to the skin and exhibits excellent compatibility with a wide range of cosmetic raw materials. In color cosmetic formulations, it enhances gloss and brilliance, contributing to a more lustrous appearance.

WACKER® WN - Weatherseal Neutral (000010931) is a one-component, neutral-curing silicone sealant with high modulus. It offers outstanding adhesion, weather resistance, and excellent tooling characteristics, making it suitable for construction, glass, and window building applications. WACKER® WN - Weatherseal Neutral (000010931) cures at room temperature in the presence of atmospheric moisture, resulting in a permanently flexible silicone rubber. Additionally, it has a long shelf life.

VINNAPAS® 418 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is particularly suited for carpet binder applications where a soft hand is required. The dispersion combines moderately high solid content with a low viscosity, a combination that permits the addition of very high filler loadings, resulting in adhesive formulations with high solid contents.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/80 US A/B is a liquid silicone rubber of the ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/80 US A/B series. It is a paste-like, easily pigmentable two-component compound noted for its high transparency, excellent mechanical and electrical properties, and ability to be molded into intricately shaped, precision parts. It is used for health care applications, including short-term implants. Very brief molding cycles for intricately shaped and flash-free parts are possible.

ELASTOSIL® LR 3003/80 US A/B

GENIOSIL® XL 70 is a clear, colorless liquid known as an alkoxyarylsilane. When exposed to moisture, it undergoes hydrolysis, leading to the formation of silanols and the release of methanol. These silanols can further react to form siloxanes. GENIOSIL® XL 70 finds applications in building &amp; construction adhesives and flooring installation.
