Astrocure® 78-80 (Styrene Monomer 20%) is a low profile (low shrink, medium viscosity resin containing diluent monomer (styrene). The product is non-air inhibited and can be cured with ultra-violet/electron beam radiation or with a room temperature and/or heat cured peroxide system.

Astrocure® 78 Oligomer is a unique, low viscosity reactive, cycloaliphatic oligomer, especially tailored for application in ultra-violet/electron beam (UV/EB) radiation cured coatings. The product can be thinned with a variety of reactive monomers including multi-functional and diluent acrylate monomers. The oligomer is air drying in thin film applications and contains no aromatic groups.

Astrocure® 78-750 (Styrene Monomer 25%) is a low profile (low shrink), medium viscosity resin containing diluent monomer (styrene). The product is non-air inhibited and can be cured with ultra-violet/electron beam radiation or with a room temperature or heat cured peroxide system. Combinations of surface and through cure U.V. initiators are needed to formulate Astrocure® 78-750. Astrocure 78-750 can further be thinned with various solvents, multi-functional acrylates and other epoxy or urethane oligomers.
