It has been specifically developed as an ultra-high-solids dispersion, providing superior adhesion, wet tack, and setting speed compared to conventional VAE dispersions.

WACKER® Adhesion Promoter AMS 61 is a mixture of aminofunctional siloxanes. It is a colorless to yellow liquid that can be clear or slightly turbid. VINNAPAS® EF 539 is an aqueous dispersion of a vinyl acetate-ethylene (VAE) copolymer. It was specifically formulated as an environmentally friendly binder for intermediate-grade caulk formulations. The manufacturing process excludes the use of alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEOs), ensuring a reduced environmental impact. No formaldehyde or formaldehyde donors are intentionally added to this product. Furthermore, VINNAPAS® EF 539 has a low glass transition temperature (Tg), which contributes to its desirable performance characteristics.

VINNAPAS® EAF 7815 (Scale-up Product) is a very low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion based on the monomers vinyl acetate, ethylene, and acrylic esters. It is produced without the use of plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing compounds. Due to its low odor, it is also suitable for indoor use.

WACKER® Silicate TES 28 is a monomeric ethyl silicate, also known as tetraethoxysilane or tetraethyl orthosilicate. It is a colorless, low-viscosity liquid with an SiO2 content of approximately 28 wt.%. This product is commonly used in the formulation of anti-corrosive coatings, marine and protective coatings, as well as industrial coatings.

VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is an approximately 50% solution of a vinyl acetate/vinyl laurate copolymer in ethyl acetate. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE can be diluted with esters, ketones, aromatic solvents, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. The solution's compatibility with alcohol is limited. VINNAPAS® B 100/20 VLE is not compatible with aliphatic compounds.

VINNAPAS® EF 575 is a carboxylated vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer dispersion stabilized with surfactants. It has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0 °C and serves as a versatile binder suitable for various applications, including caulks, sealants, and mastics. This product exhibits excellent adhesion to aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel, wood, FRP, and PVC substrates. VINNAPAS® UW 1 FS is a tasteless, solid, thermoplastic homopolymer. It is a clear and colorless resin obtained through the polymerization of vinyl acetate. Flytac 103 - E is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc. Typical Uses EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility. It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Flytac 103 - 90 is a slightly yellow, transparent solid made from gum rosin through esterification with glycerol. This product has a high viscosity, low VOC, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility, etc. Typical Uses EVA, SBS, SIS, and other hot melt adhesives due to their stability and excellent polymer compatibility. It can also be used in construction adhesives, rubber compounding, sealants, coatings, and other applications.

Flytac 120 - 100W is a granular, water-white, modified gum rosin polyols esters made from specially refined gum rosin using a series of advanced processes of partial hydrogenation, esterification, and stabilization. They are a new generation of natural tackifier resins that exhibit good aging resistance, and excellent compatibility. Also capable of raising the initial and persistent viscosity of pressure-sensitive adhesive in a simultaneous way, the excellent heat stability increases by less than 1 degree of Gardner Color within consecutive 8 hours at 180°C.

Derived from low-volatile C1/C2 value streams, it can be formulated without the need for plasticizers.

VINNAPAS® EF 7877 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers and exhibits excellent filler compatibility. This product has high filler acceptance and provides good adhesion to various substrates, including concrete, metal, wood, and plastics.

VINNAPAS® EF 7865 is a low Tg aqueous polymer dispersion formulated with vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers and demonstrates excellent filler compatibility. This product exhibits high filler acceptance and provides good adhesion to various substrates such as concrete, metal, wood, and plastics.

VINNAPAS® EP 7860 is an aqueous polymer dispersion based on vinyl acetate and ethylene monomers. It is manufactured without the use of plasticizers. This dispersion exhibits excellent compatibility with fillers, allowing for high filler acceptance. Moreover, VINNAPAS® EP 7860 demonstrates special extension recovery properties, particularly at high filler levels. It also offers good adhesion to a variety of substrates, including concrete, metal, wood, and plastics.

Dynasylan® SILBOND® Condensed serves as a raw material composed of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS; Si[OEt]4 ). This substance is utilized for acid- or alkali-catalyzed hydrolysis and subsequent condensation reactions, commonly known as the sol-gel process. The rate of gelation is influenced by the concentration of water and the pH.

Evonik Polymer ST 80 is a product designed for high-modulus adhesives, serving as an alternative to 2K-polyurethanes and epoxies. It finds applications in adhesives for both DIY enthusiasts and professionals, civil engineering, wood adhesives, and more. Key features include high initial tack for fast assembly and excellent elasticity at high strength, with a strength rating of up to 10 MPa. It is composed of 100% polymer and releases ethanol.
