AEROSIL® R 805 is a high thickening fumed silica surface treated with OCTMO.

AEROSIL® R 972 is hydrophobic fumed silica grade treated with DDS (Dichlordimethylsilane). The moderate hydrophobicity of these AEROSIL® products is suited for defoaming properties in the presence of appropriate hydrophobic liquids. They are recomended for improving the sedimentation stability of defoamer dispersions as well.

AEROSIL® 200 is a hydrophilic fumed silica with a specific surface area of 200 m²/g.

AEROSIL® R 202 is a hydrophobic fumed silica grade, treated with a polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used in defoamer formulations for sedimentation stabilization and due to its high hydrophobicity as defoaming component.

Texicryl® 13-319 is a hydrophobically modified alkali swellable emulsion designed for use as a rheology modifier in waterbased formulations. It is highly effective in modifying viscosities at low shear rates to avoid both settling and sagging. It has been designed for use in the formulation of textured coatings, woodstains, paints and waterborne coating systems.

VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 170 is a sodium alginate in form of a creamy-white powder. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 170 is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex.

VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 127 is a sodium alginate in form of a brown fine granule. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 127 is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex.

VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is a water solvable amidated pectin in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-reversable gel or bio-based transparent coatings with oil and oxygen barrier properties upon the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+). VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is a water solvable pectin with a high degree of methoxylation in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-stable gel under acidic conditions in the presence of high sugar concentrations. VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. VIVAPUR® HPMC K15M is a high viscosity hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in powder form. It is solvable in water and forms a reversible gel above a specific gelling temperature. VIVAPUR® HPMC K15M can also be used to increase tack and form transparent and flexible films which show oil barrier properties. SYLVATAC RE 25 rosin ester is a low softening point ester of tall oil rosin with good stability and mild odor. This liquid tackifier has wide compatibility, allowing it to be used in many adhesive systems, particularly where better wetting or low temperature tack is required.

TAFIGEL PUR 82 is designed as an “associative thickener” which builds up and stabilizes viscosity by forming a network between polyurethane, binder molecules and other paint ingredients.
