These characteristics make these products an ideal raw material building block for washing powder, detergent tablets, liquid detergents, detergency boosters, all-purpose cleaners, bathroom cleaners, floor cleaners, dishwashing detergents, vehicle cleaners and other defoamer and emulsifier applications.

Emulsion concentrates (EC) formulations rely on effective emulsifiers to produce spontaneous stable emulsions providing rapid and uniformed dispersion in the spray tank. Lankem offers a broad range of single emulsifiers for use in the formulation of EC’s plus a range of mixed pair emulsifiers that greatly reduce the complexity of producing an effective emulsifier system.

Sokalan® range comprises dispersing agents that are used to eliminate or reduce the impact of water hardness ions during the application of the detergent or cleaning formulation. State-of-the-art laundry formulations consist of sodium polyacrylates, like our Sokalan® types.

BIO-TERGE® is an anionic surfactant providing excellent viscosity, foam characteristics and mildness. It is an ideal surfactant for a variety of HI&I cleaning and personal care applications, agricultural formulations, and construction products used for concrete bases, firefighting foams and dust control.

MagnaPearl® is a range of mica-based titanium-coated pigments that exhibit a high degree of whiteness combined with brilliance and hiding. They are available in a wide variety of particle sizes creating extraordinary optical effects ranging from a fine-grained luster to a bold silvery-white sparkle. MagnaPearl® effect pigments are pearlescent pigments that are specially engineered. They are available in a variety of particle sizes. BTC’s effect pigments find use in a wide field for the coloration of plastics. They are also suitable for a variety of other industries including the automotive industry as well as the agriculture, building & construction, electrical & electronics, packaging, and textiles & fibers industries. MASCID® products are Fatty Acid derivatives widely used in the Home and Personal Care industries. They can also be used as a raw material or as an intermediate for pharmaceutical, rubber, plastic, paint and lubricant industries. Trilon® is a broad product range of high-performance and innovative complexing agents, also known as chelating agents. Trilon® chelating agents belong mainly to the class of amino carboxylates which are organic complexing agents. Chelating agents are able to prevent the deleterious impact of metal ions in technical applications. The presence of free metal ions, such as iron, copper, calcium, manganese, and further other metals, reduces the efficiency or quality of the product due to their catalytic activity, precipitation, or increased microbial growth. Trilon® chelating agents are applied in the manufacture of pulp- and paper, electronic or chemical surface treatment processes, bleaching processes in the textile/leather industry, and versatile chemical processes where metal ions can negatively impact the process.
