EcoPaXX® Q20HG60 is a black, unidirectional tape that offers 60% continuous glass fiber reinforcement and is heat stabilized. It can be processed using lamination, thermoforming, and winding techniques. Similar to EcoPaXX® Q20HC60, this product is also bio-based and can be measured using 14C. It is used in applications such as coolant expansion tanks, wheel housing parts, flooring, and door panels.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 272 is an isophthalic polyester resin. It is recommended for use in high-performance applications using filament winding, pultrusion, and centrifugal or contact molding processes. The fully cured laminates have high mechanical strength and excellent strength retention in wet environments at temperatures up to 60ºC.

Crystic® Polyester Resin 397PA is a pre-accelerated isophthalic/neopentyl glycol polyester resin with a high heat deflection temperature and good water and chemical resistance. It is recommended for the fabrication of high-performance laminates for critical applications in aggressive environments. This product is suitable for contact molding and filament winding processes.

Nattex 2L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 2g/m.

3B Fiberglass CR 3037 consists of multiple continuous strands of smaller tex made from 3B E-CR glass wound onto a bobbin shape without mechanical twist and is free from static electricity generation.Choppable Roving CR3037 is silane sized and specifically designed to produce single or multi-layer fabrics for automobile, boat building, che-mical tanks. CR3037 is also recom-mended for continuous filament wind application to manufacture pipes and tanks.3037 conforms to BS 14020 and IS 11320.

Nattex 5L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 5g/m.

Nattex 1L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 1g/m.

Biresin® CR141 is a three component, anhydride cured, low viscosity epoxy resin system suitable for the production of high performance fi bre reinforced composites.

Nattex 10L is a semi-finished product in natural fiber in the form of continuous technical flax fibers. It comes as roving direct in natural fibers with pure flax of 10g/m.

P02 Powder Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an powder binder. P02 is compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl ester, epoxy and phenolic resins. P02 is designed for use in hand lay-up, filament winding, compression molding and continuous laminating processes. Its end-use applications include boats, bath equipment, automotive parts, chemical corrosion resistant pipes, tanks, cooling towers and building components.

Biresin® CR144 is a three component, anhydride cured, low viscosity epoxy resin system suitable for the production of high performance fi bre reinforced composites.

This veil is a very conformable continuous glass fiber surfacing veil comprised of highly uniform, randomly distributed filaments bonded with special formulated resins. The veil provides excellent surface appearance on glass fiber reinforced plastic composite parts and has outstanding resistance properties in many corrosion applications. Independent laboratory testing has proven that Superior Huntingdon Composites veil is especially suitable under acidic conditions.

E01 Emulsion Chopped Strand Mat is made of randomly distributed chopped E6 glass strands held together by an emulsion binder. Owens Corning M123 chopped strand mat represents a versatile solution for a wide range of applications, including open and closed mold, continuous and discontinuous lamination, filament winding, and other processes. Produced with patented Advantex® corrosion resistant E-CR glass by Owens Corning. Made of medium-Tex multi-chop strands randomly dispersed and bonded together by a highly-soluble polyester powder binder. Certified by Lloyd’s Register of Shipping.

FILAVA™ MEDR BSB3.7 1600-80(10) IS65T CS01E made of enhanced mineral volcanic rock (aggregated and enriched batch). The rovings are treated with “by-matrices or by-process” sizing system for excellent downstream treatment and transformation’s performance as well for high adherence in compliance with the concerned matrices.
