Aegis® H100ZP is a medium viscosity, nylon 6 extrusion grade homopolymer for cast or blown film applications. The resin product complies with all food contact regulations. Aegis® H100ZP homopolymer combines strength, toughness and thermoforming properties with excellent heat, chemical and abrasion resistance.

Formalloy™ is a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) ideally suited for large part thermoforming applications that are subject to moving vibrations. Formalloy™ delivers a balanced range of properties designed for durability, impact strength, heat range and low thermal expansion. Formalloy™ is a weatherable UV-stable, sheet grade with superior color retention when compared to gelcoat fiberglass protective surfaces. Formalloy™ is available in both low- and high-gloss surface finishes.

Extreme Plus LG™ sheet are both high performance thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) structures. With a wide processing range, they are specifically engineered for easy, consistent and stable thermoforming. Extreme Plus HG is our high gloss sheet, while Extreme Plus LG offers the same performance properties with the option of a lower gloss finish. These tough, high impact TPO sheets provide excellent cold crack resistance and outstanding chemical resistance. A high or low gloss, molded-in-color surface can be achieved on many applications where harsh weather, chemicals, heavy vibration or heat stresses are factors.

DN Plastics DN-Flex 5010N is used in cup holders, tray liners, gaskets and seals, bellows, air bag covers, etc.

DN Plastics DN-Flex 4009B is used in cup holders, tray liners, gaskets and seals, bellows, air bag covers, etc.

Boltaron® 4050 is a high impact, high corrosion resistant, type II PVC sheet with an industrial smooth finish on both sides. Boltaron® 4050 is suitable for thermoforming and conforms to astm d-1784.

Teldene® H03BPMP is used as is used as extrusion BOPP films at very high speed with excellent processability, thermoforming, raffia and automotive compounding.

DN Plastics DN-Flex 6212B12 is used in cup holders, tray liners, gaskets and seals, bellows, air bag covers, etc.

Korton FEP is a Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) product. It can be processed by laminating or thermoforming and is available in North America. Applications of Korton FEP include electrical/electronic applications, aerospace, bags/liners, coating applications and containers.Characteristics include: Flame Rated Chemical Resistant Good Flexibility UV Resistant Weather Resistant

ATECH® 3000 is a series of sheets based on ABS which is a raw material with very high impact-strength. ABS also has impressive thermal qualities and is easy to thermoform and fabricate. ATECH® 3000 is a super high impact ABS with a semigloss surface that thermoforms quickly and effectively.

Teldene® H03BPM is used as is used as extrusion BOPP films at high speed for packaging, thermoforming, raffia and automotive compounding.
